Negative experience: I give one star because you can't give less. They have zero seriousness, they tell you that the apartment can't be viewed for a week because it is not being shown. 10 minutes later, they post the same ad raising the price by 20,000 euros more. Then I call, and it turns out they did show it that same week, specifically the next day, and not a single message was sent to me as they promised after repeatedly assuring me they would notify me when the visits opened. I should have imagined it when they didn't even ask for my name, they tell you that they will notify you giving you the 'yes' of fools.

Negative experience: Angy turned the purchase of my apartment into a nightmare that lasted 6 months. Since I reserved the apartment, they told me that it wouldn't be shown anymore, and then I was surprised when they scheduled a viewing for a friend. On the same day I reserved the apartment, they asked me for amounts I didn’t agree with, and I told them to return the deposit and look for other buyers, and she refused, shouting at me, disrespecting me, and saying that her job was done and that she wouldn’t refund the deposit I had just given. From there, I had to ask a friend who works in the sector to mediate for me because at no point did she assist me as a client; quite the opposite. I can't understand how someone who works in customer service and gets paid by them can treat them with such little respect and arrogance.

Thanks to her, her skills, and intuition, we were able to sell a complicated apartment in just a month which had a mortgage with double collateral that had been draining us for the past six months.
