Super well equipped (toys for all ages, tables, chairs, small tables and chairs for the little ones too, sound system with microphone, television, fridge, chest freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, fan, and what surprised me the most was a balloon inflator that saved my lungs) communication was correct throughout, moments via WhatsApp were super friendly and I must say they made me a small gesture, I was affected by the dana and when I saw that I couldn't afford the payment, I told them that I was canceling the reservation and not only did they refund the deposit but also let me celebrate my little one's birthday. Refrigerators, microwaves, T.V., music system, play area, and a small playground that is spacious enough for little ones to have fun. They rent it out by the day. Maximum capacity is 50 people. Although there is air conditioning and fans, it gets a bit hot in the summer if the capacity is full. The keys are provided to you like in an Airbnb. If you rent it for a whole day, you won't receive the message with the entry code until exactly 11 AM, and everything must be cleaned up by 9 PM for the key return. As I said, it's ideal for special occasions. I recommend it 100%.

The kids were super entertained with the toys, ball pit, music, and since there was a large television, the adults brought the Nintendo Switch. At noon, we ordered paella from a takeaway, and for dessert, we bought ice creams from the charter right across the street that opens on Sundays and holidays. So, we had a pleasant day and will definitely repeat it!

Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago we celebrated our son's birthday, and it was a great decision. The venue is very spacious and has everything necessary for any celebration. It was very clean and tidy. The little ones had a great time. If you are looking for a venue for a celebration, do not hesitate, you will be sure to make the right choice.

Negative experience: We rented the venue on December 24, a humble and honest family. We made all the payments, 150 for the deposit and 350€ for a full day (from Sunday to Monday first hour). We understand that it's a special date, so the price is higher, but 50€ for cleaning seems unreasonable to me. Moreover, we left it as clean as it was handed to us. We also understand that not everyone behaves the same, but we don’t find it normal that if it’s 150€ to be returned from the deposit, we only get back 100 and the other 50 for cleaning... you charge us extra because of the dates, then the cleaning should be deducted from that amount directly. Why does it make sense to take 50€ from the deposit? This should be managed differently because it doesn’t look good after the money being paid for the venue. A foosball table, karaoke, and darts game were also offered, but none of the three of us could use them... So, things should be delivered and done as they should, not as they seem to come to mind. Because you have to maintain the venue, but behind every person renting it, there is a trust and a monetary deposit that takes effort to earn. Poor management!

Positive experience: The place is generally very good, as well as its location in front of a supermarket and very close to containers, but I missed the foosball table, some microphones for karaoke that they initially had, as well as not being able to play the arcade machine and darts without having to pay, which was what we were most looking forward to. Negative experience: Seeing all the solely positive reviews, we trusted to celebrate an event here. The place itself was good but it wasn't clean. What disappointed us the most was the experience we had with the manager; a few hours before, he told us to send him a bizum whereas we needed to give it in cash upon arrival, because it turned out he couldn't come to give us the key. At the end, his friend came late to collect the keys. As soon as he entered, what he said verbatim was 'I need to pee,' and he left the door half open with us three women there. Unfortunately, I didn't take photos of how the room looked when we entered and when we left. Two days later, we had to contact him ourselves to get our deposit back, and his response was that he wouldn't return it in full since we had left the room dirty and they had to hire a cleaning service. Bad experience and people with little education. I recommend recording a video upon entering and leaving to avoid this.
