Fantastic experience: My experience with Keli has been wonderful and continues to be so. From the very first moment, Leti demonstrated a perfect combination of professionalism and human warmth that made the entire rental process much simpler and more enjoyable. Her clarity in explaining every detail of the apartment and her constant support provided me with the peace of mind I was looking for at such an important time. Negative experience: I don't give 0 stars because I don't have the option. They left us stranded after we had paid for the apartment reservation and other personal arrangements we had made, trusting in their word and commitment. Suddenly, for simply ASKING (without any demands, politely and with the best of our attitudes) if we could move in 2 weeks later, they made up that the owners lost trust in us and automatically gave the apartment to a couple of foreigners (when from the beginning they told us we had an advantage being a Catalan couple). It's lamentable the luxury of disregarding their clients (who, by the way, let's not forget that we are PEOPLE fighting for a right that is HOUSING) that these real estate companies allow themselves today due to their power situation, with 0 scruples towards the people who trust them in the process, considering how difficult it already is. "LETI" couldn't be less professional, yelling at us on the phone and refusing to have a conversation in their office, a real lunatic accusing us of "harassment" shouting from her intercom in the middle of Muntaner street, simply for trying to find a solution in person. When that is the MINIMUM you owe to your client after taking away an apartment that you have CONFIRMED, SIGNED, AND RECEIVED PAYMENT FOR. The worst experience of our lives, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, so if I can help someone not to go through the same, it has already been worth it a little. I wanted to complain to their superiors later, but honestly, I was left without strength or energy as I had to focus them on looking for another apartment from which they took away from me, having already paid the deposit. Any response or counter-argument they provide regarding my experience is simply a lie.

Fantastic experience: I never do reviews but this time it is worth it. Queta is a delightful and very professional person, and most importantly, from minute one, someone you can trust. As a buyer, it has been a pleasure and a stroke of luck to have worked with you.

Negative experience: Firmamos un contrato con algunas cláusulas fuera de lo común que, aunque aceptamos, por parte de una agencia no deberian existir. Cuando dejamos el piso, surgió un gran problema con la fianza que nos había exigido la propietaria. A pesar de haber firmado el contrato con ellos y haberles pagado un mes de comision de agencia, nunca se dignaron a mediar ni a ayudarnos a resolver la situación.

Fantastic experience: Sólo puedo tener buenas palabras para mi experiencia con Queta y Ventura, de hecho todavía no doy crédito a que, ahora que ya se ha cerrado todo, no haya habido ningún problema por el camino, habitual por otro lado en los procesos de compraventa. Negative experience: En mi caso fue un desastre, ya se tenia todo pactado, se habían enviado todos los documentos, pagada la reserva, y confirmado por parte de KELI, por lo que estaba todo listo para firmar en fecha y hora el contrato , estábamos muy felices y ya habíamos dicho a la otra inmobiliaria que nos íbamos por la seguridad y seriedad que KELI habían mostrado, pero una unos pocos días antes de la firma del contrato y una semana antes de la fecha de salida del actual piso, KELI nos llama diciendo que SE CANCELABA todo !!!!!!!!..... nos regresaron el dinero , pero eso era lo de menos, buscar otro piso en una semana y coordinar todo, fue un desastre, mi pareja y yo hemos tenido que ausentarnos mucho de nuestros trabajos esos días para al final enocntrar un piso que por prisa tampoco ha reunido nuestros requisitos. Sinceramente nuestra experiencia con KELI nos ha ocasionado muchos problemas, y ni siquiera han tenido la capacidad para decir "lo siento"... tener cuidado

El trato fue excelente de principio a fin, y el seguimiento post-venta ha sido muy agradable. No tengo ninguna duda que en caso de necesitar una nueva vivienda serán mi primera opción!

Fantastic experience: Filtran estupendamente el tipo de comprador que estará interesado en tu piso, evitándote miles de visitas inútiles. Te concentran las visitas en pocos días y te ayudan a darle al piso la presentación que necesita para ser más vendible. Resultado: nueve visitas en dos días diferentes y dieron con el comprador. Encima no son ni de lejos, de los más caros! Cobran lo que se merecen dándote un gran servicio que va mucho más allá de enseñar pisos y publicarlos por Internet. Mucha clase y mucha profesionalidad. Mención especial a la fotografa. Cien por cien recomendable.

Fantastic experience: Moltes immobiliàries podrien aprendre i molt del servei que ofereix Keli. Després de mesos buscant pis i de 'patir' el mal servei que en general hi ha, vaig tenir la sort de trobar-me amb Keli. No només són agradables, que això mai està de més, sinó que són eficients i eficaços, entenen les preocupacions que pots tenir com a comprador i les adrecen. Per mi són 'top' en la seva indústria i de llarg, 5 estrelles per Keli :)
