Fantastic experience: I contacted THH to sell my house. Rut Puig showed up at the door. She prepared a sales report with a price valuation and estimated selling time. My house was sold for the appraised price and in less time than expected. She nailed it. Rut took care of organizing all the visits, respecting that I was still living there, helped me organize the house for the photos, advised me on my many questions... in short, she made the difficult easy. Very good professional and very friendly and kind.

Fantastic experience: In Spain, unfortunately, the reputation of real estate agencies is poor. And, from my long experience with them, it is deserved. There is a lot of intrusiveness, it is believed that opening a door is all the work of a real estate agent, there is little interest, you have to chase them, and the involvement in finding solutions is non-existent. Negative experience: Terrible agency, called them they was suppose to send me a list (Barcelona office) she than says she will same day 2 days have gone, I called her back she picked up the phone as soon as she heard my voice as I spoke English she immediately hung up the phone i rang back and she would not pick up the phone. Las condiciones que incluyen en los contratos no favorecen ninguna parte, lo cual evita que haya problemas en la relación entre las partes. Se nota que les gusta su trabajo y son muy profesionales. En comparación, les dieron mil vueltas a las immobiliarias tradicionales con las que también habíamos contactado.

Negative experience: Das ist unsere Erfahrung: Sobald Sie für ihre Dienste bezahlen, kümmern sie sich nicht mehr um Sie. Wir gingen mit dieser Firma The Home Hunter, welche gute bis sehr gute Rezessionen hat, um eine Wohnung zu finden, als Mieter. Unser Ansprechpartner war Herr Nacho. Der Eigentümer willigte ein, uns seine Wohnung zu vermieten und wir sollten die Schlüssel am 8. Dezember erhalten. Wir zahlten daher The Home Hunter Company (für einige ein Monatsgehalt!), wollten davon eine Bestätigung des Erhaltes die nie kam, und Nacho sagte uns dann, er würde uns für den Rest kontaktieren. Also warteten wir darauf, dass er uns für den 8. Nachmittags hoffnungsvoll mit Details informieren würde, wie er es uns auch zuvor gesagt hatte. Am 8. nachmittags dann, versuchten wir mehrmals erfolglos, ihn zu erreichen, dann riefen wir den Besitzer selbst an, um die Schlüsselübergabe zu arrangieren, da keine Nachricht von Nacho kam und der Besitzer jemanden schicken musste, um uns die Schlüssel zu übergeben. Schließlich war es gegen 18 Uhr, als Nacho uns freundlicherweise mit der Nachricht "Entschuldigung" antwortete und er habe den Eigentümer bereits selber kontaktierte (was nicht ganz stimmte, da er einige Anrufe in Abwesenheit hatte).… Wir haben der Firma Home Hunter eine E-Mail geschickt, dass wir von dem Service, für den wir bezahlt haben, sehr enttäuscht sind und gerne eine Stellungnahme dafür möchten. Ich finde es inakzeptabel, "ihren" Job zu machen und sich Gedanken darüber machen zu müssen, wie der Rest funktioniert, wann und wie wir die Schlüssel bekommen. Die Antwort war, dass der 8. ein Feiertag und somit nicht verfügbar war. … naja, das wussten wir nicht und die Verantwortlichen hatten uns dessen auch nicht informiert! Und ich verstehe nicht, warum man an solchen Tagen einen Termin vereinbaren kann und dann die Arbeit nicht erledigt bekommt. Wir haben eine persönliche Entschuldigung von Nacho bekommen, nachdem wir mehrmals erklären mussten, was für uns als Mieter inakzeptabel war. Leider haben wir bis heute keine angeforderte Stellungnahme des Unternehmens erhalten, weshalb wir uns entschlossen haben, dies öffentlich zu machen! Und deshalb geben wir für einen solch einen Gesamt-Service 1 Stern!

Negative experience: Warning!! Apartment in: Carrer del Berlinès 31, entresuelo-4. Apart from the extreme noise from the motorbikes that cross the same street all day, lots of noise at night from youngsters sitting just underneath the bedroom’s window. The owners are very twisted and they will manipulate your electricity and gas contracts, to keep them under their name, at the same time they will use your bank account in the same contracts. WHICH IS ILLEGAL. They will never provide you a copy of the invoices you’re paying, WHICH IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT. Nacho is not decent in his communication, nor professional.

Negative experience: Terrible experience all round. From visits cancelled at the last minute, poor communication from the agent Nacho and several inconsistent stories about apartment availabilities and sales. Wouldn't recommend them ever. Very let down.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best experience I ever had with an agency. Yrene found a flat that matches all my criterias super quickly, she was incredibly caring, kind and profesionnal during all the booking process. I can't thank her enough for her patience and her availability. We managed to take care of everything remotely and smoothly. I'll 100% recommend The Home Hunter to anyone trying to find a home in Barcelona.

Fantastic experience: Mi experiencia con The Home Hunter en la gestión del alquiler de un piso ha sido inmejorable en todos los aspectos - rapidez, eficiencia, asesoramiento, seriedad, profesionalidad, y trato. En mi caso la operación la lideró Pau, a quien doy las gracias por su soporte y dedicación durante todo el proceso. Lo dejé todo en sus manos y no tuve que preocuparme de nada. En cuanto a la empresa, tienen un modelo de negocio pionero en su sector que marca la diferencia respecto al resto de inmobiliarias, tanto en la gestión como en la calidad de los productos que ofrecen. Gracias de nuevo a Pau, a Mar, y a todo el equipo de The Home Hunter.

Negative experience: "worst service from a agent I have ever experienced!" This does not count for all people that work at homehunters to start if others work at this business. The agent named Pau is not upfront, told us we could put a asking price in after speaking with the owners that wanted to meet us, then after we spoke to them he stated the price is set and no offer could be put in. After that he told us we must put holding down, he couldn't take a call for questions before doing it, never gave us the contract to review and the list of furniture that was in the home till after we told him we would not put a deposit down without knowing the details of the apartment which then he called us back, made it seem like we were the problem, and eventually sent us the info including a contract that was a template with no changes or are information for price of flat, etc in it, that he said he would add in.. We even went as far to get the lease translated to our native language, that we had to pay for because homehunters does not do that, while every other relator in Barcelona 90% of times knows and already is prepared to to make it a legal contract. We had to ask him many times if the hold is refundable if we were not ok with the contract, which he avoided to answer until after asking 3-4 times. He also never even told us the price that was set for the apartment, asking us to send him a non refundable deposit. This experience felt like he was trying to rush us and rip us off. He will change what he says to you in the matter of mins and posts non inaccurate information about the places he shows, which is more wasteful to prospective tenants and also owners time. In this case the owners of the apartment were very nice and we liked them very much. The apartment was just what we where looking for, but we lost it due to Pau not communicating to the owners what we spoke about and trying to put the blame on us instead of himself. He stated the reason that the owners decided to not have us, after they stated they wanted us as tenants is because we seemed to not calm and the owners felt uncomfortable that we spoke directly to them even though Pau stated they wanted to before moving anything forward and to direct any questions to them and or concerns (the relator specifically stated not to talk about price and the meeting was to get to know us and who we are). This all was very confusing and was due to Pau doing none of his job as a relator besides open a door up for people to look at the place. He created a confusing and frustrating environment by stating his process then changing it, while not being available to take calls to explain anything and just expecting us to give him money blindly. I would very much suggest for homeowners to never ever use this agent in particular if not the entire company from what I read from reviews below! Pau at Homehunters of Barcelona is the worst agent I have ever come into contact with, he wants to make money without putting in any work, expects the prospecting tenants to do most the work negotiations etc., and would not suggest using this company if he is the one showing the apartment! When dealing with homehunters I highly suggest to ask for another relator besides him to make sure these things do not happen to you as well!

They always treated me with care and attention and a process that is usually quite stressful, became quite pleasant. I have suggested them to all of my friends. Also worth mentioning that they have the best flats in the market, for sure.

Negative experience: Compramos un piso y nuestro disgusto no es con la Immobiliaria directamente, el trato fue excelente. Los problemas los hemos tenido (y tenemos) con el propietario vendedor. Es por ello que queremos advertir a los posible compradores, que si el vendedor es INDIMACO S.L. mucho cuidado: las reformas de sus pisos son una auténtica chapuza, que vas descubriendo poco a poco. Home Hunter deberia tener muy en cuenta la calidad del producto en cuya venta intercede.
