Negative experience: Rats in ties. Year 2014, I was told they would not renew the contract. We closed everything, signed, I left my things in a storage room and went to Argentina. I came back 4 months later, and I found out they kept charging me rent all that time. I asked them why, and the response from this guy Sergi was 'we thought you wouldn’t return'. I told them that wasn’t a reason to keep charging me, and their response was 'yeah...' and then silence. Months until they refunded my money, only after I threatened to take legal action against them. Today I was remembering that... good time to tell it.

Negative experience: It's a pity that you can't rate less than 1 star. I had rented a space with them, I have been there for less than the compulsory year of the contract, I did a huge renovation in the space, it was a destroyed place and has been transformed into a luxury space. I spoke with them that I wanted to leave the space, we agreed (not in writing) that they were going to return the deposit since I made a significant renovation in return and improved the space a lot, and now they are going to rent it out for much more. On my last day, when I was handing over the keys, their agent Sergio confirmed with me that they were going to return the deposit because otherwise, I would take my counter (which costs €2500). I could take the facade and the LED lights that I installed (there weren't any when I moved in). He assured me not to worry, of course, they would return the deposit. And the surprise when I asked after about 3 weeks, they told me they weren't going to return anything, that I hadn't fulfilled the contract, and they are keeping the counter and everything. SCAMMERS.

From the very beginning (when we saw the apartment on Idealista) they have been very professional, attentive, and friendly. They were always available to answer questions and guide us regarding the apartment, the contract, and the various details. This is very important, as sometimes real estate agents who market rental apartments do not respond as quickly as they should. In short, so far, our experience with Toysan has been very positive!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with the real estate agency Toysan Finques was extremely disappointing. I scheduled an appointment to visit a beautiful rental apartment. I understand that delays can occasionally happen due to overlapping visits, but what I experienced was completely unacceptable. My visit lasted barely 5 minutes, and the agent in charge, Sergio, practically kicked me out. Not only did I feel rushed, but I was also astonished by Sergio's attitude. If my profile as tenants was not suitable for them (when they already knew we were going to be two flatmates and we are perfectly financially capable for that apartment), I would have preferred them to tell me in advance. That would have saved me the trip and wasted time. What I found even more brazen was that, after saying goodbye and mentioning he had to leave for another apartment, another couple rang the bell to see the same apartment. What a nerve! This lack of professionalism and consideration is simply unacceptable. In short, after reading some of their negative reviews and seeing that Law 12/2023 of May 24 also seems to be completely ignored by them, run away from them immediately.

The driver of the one who founded it, eh Tolosa, which was what it was called before, was Basilio Manzanares, the driver of José Luis's grandfather, eh, and he took advantage of taking 260,000 pesetas from my parents from the year '62 to pay for his house on Comercio street behind the courts.

Negative experience: They ignore Article 20 of the Urban Lease Law. They continue to charge expenses to the tenant when we all know it has been illegal since last May. You don't want to pay it? Goodbye apartment! If you know the legality, they are no longer interested in you. I have graphic evidence. They spoke of negotiating Article 11 but I never heard from them again and they republished the apartment when a visit to see it in natural light was pending.

Negative experience: Una experiencia horrorosa, no se lo recomendo a nadie. Me he enamorado de un piso que ha publicado Finques Toysan, y estuve a punto de firmar un contrato de alquiler, pero las negociones se han interrumpido. Tened mucho cuidado con ellos, intentan meter encima de la mesa un contrato ilegal, que defiende solo y exclusivamente en todos los puntos el proprietario/administrador (que en mi caso creo que me han estafado, siendo ellos los proprietarios). No son nada profesionales o flexibles a la hora de negociar o respetar las leyes - incluso cuando los he pasado articulos de la LAU o Constitucion Espanola, se han denegado en cambiar las clausulas ilegales del contrato . Lo peor es que despues de adelantarles una reserva de casi 1000 Euros, el anuncio de la casa seguia publicado en Habitaclia - recibieron llamadas mientras estabamos negociando el contrato. Por supuesto, como habian otros interesados en la casa, las negociaciones se han acabado. Muy muy muy mal, muy injusto y super ilegal todo el procedimiento. EVITAD TOYSAN!!!!!
