Fantastic experience: Acabo de alquiler mi piso anterior con Webhouse. La amabilidad de todo el equipo de la oficina de Av. Rep. Argentina, Laura, Marta y Daniel ha sido excepcional. La profesionalidad, honestidad y comprensión con la que me han tratado en todo momento, poniendo incluso por delante de su propio interés mi satisfacción personal, me ha sorprendido gratamente. No han pretendido cerrar el trato con el primer interesado, sino con aquel que reuniera mejor perfil, aconsejándome en ese aspecto, y descartando aquellos perfiles poco seguros, aun a pesar de tener que seguir realizando con su esfuerzo nuevas visitas. En dos semanas he alquilado el piso. Habremos realizado unas 20 o 25 visitas, en tres o cuatro tardes. Quiero destacar especialmente el ojo clinico de Laura para determinar a ciencia cierta quien está realmente interesado y reúne las condiciones óptimas para mi, y descartar aquellas visitas que fingen un interés no real, lo que para mi, no habituado a ese trato diario, no era fácil. Voy a seguir contando con vosotros para la administración del arrendamiento, o incluso la venta futura del piso llegado su momento, y recomiendo a cualquier que tenga interés en vender o alquilar, contacte con vosotros porque sois honrados, profesionales y os ajustais mucho mejor que otros en el precio de vuestros servicios, tramitación de cédulas de habitabilidad, certificados energéticos, gestión de la administración...etc. Formais un buen equipo y ha sido un placer contar con vuestra ayuda. Fantastic experience: I have just bought a flat and rented it out all within a month with the hell of Webhouse agency - Dani and Marta! They are lovely people and Dani arranged everything himself, I didn’t have to do a thing. He was very easy to comunícate with and was always there to help with anything and explained everything to me in great detail! I have had quite a few encounters with real estate agency’s in Barcelona and it never was pleasant. Working with Dani was very different - everything was transparent and you can trust him 100% also he then helped me to rent it and I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Más que contento con el servicio ofrecido por Webhouse! Por un lado, compré un piso que anunciaban y me ayudaron en todos los trámites y me aclararon todas las dudas que tuve. Fantastic experience: Sin lugar os recomiendo esta inmobiliaria por su profesionalidad y seriedad de inicio a fin. Inicialmente te hacen un video del piso y unas fotos que ayudan a visualizarlo de forma real. La comunicacion con Sandra muy fluida, es muy simpatica y seria. Consiguio alquilarme el piso rapidamente y con un perfil inmejorable. En la parte de oficina Marta y Dani tambien muy profesionales y atentos. Si tenéis un mal día, o una visita anterior que no ha ido bien, no tiene que pagarlo el siguiente... ante todo educación y un mínimo de respeto si estás de cara al público! Además si no queréis dar la información verídica, vale más la pena omitir información que dar una falsa!

Fantastic experience: Normalmente, en principio he intento vender mis pisos con mi mismo. Pero después de par de meses de venta de mi piso he decidido colaborar solo con Webhouse para ver si ellos podrían ayudar a vender lo. Ahora creo que si hubiera comenzado a trabajar con ellos desde el principio, habría vendido mi apartamento mucho antes. La próxima vez que venda un apartamento, probablemente comenzaré con ellos desde el principio. La agencia cuenta con un buen equipo y bastante flexible para manejar profesionalmente a cada cliente y estar siempre disponible para responder cualquier pregunta y resolver cualquier situación. Ya he aconsejado trabajar con ellos a mi amigo y aconsejo Webhouse a todos quien valoran profesionalidad y rapidez.
