Negative experience: I keep receiving calls from this Tecnocasa office asking about a deceased family member from years ago. I request that they cancel the file, and it feels like water off a duck's back. They call me again the same MORNING ABOUT THE SAME THING. They don’t apologize and give me vague answers. Sad. Uncomfortable. Painful. Disappointing.

Negative experience: The real estate agent arrived 45 minutes late to show me the parking space that was advertised as medium/large. Neither the parking space nor the access was suitable for a car of that size, and he made me drive the car up ramps that clearly weren't big enough just to try to sell me the space, leaving marks all along the side of the car. Unprofessional.

Positive experience: I feel that problems fulfill what they say, my manager is a young guy named Nic, and despite his youth, he is very hardworking and has a lot of interest. The sale was relatively quick, two to three months.

Negative experience: Beware of these pirates. They will try to keep your deposit. They agreed with the landlord to deduct €600 for the painting after 3 years in the property (the painting is not the tenant's responsibility after the first year). They tried to come and collect the keys with the owner and her husband on the same day we were leaving, I think to put on a show (if you have a real estate agent, you don't need to see the owners' faces in life). Sensing what was about to happen, I personally took the keys to the agency, provided my account number for the return of the deposit. They confirmed shortly after by phone that they had requested the return from Incasol. It turned out to be a lie, they requested it 28 days later, during which they tried to make me sign a paper stating that I agreed to deduct €600 for the painting, which I did not sign. I said I would sign it when they provided me with the invoice for having painted it. They never did, and I also learned from the porter that they took two days to rent the apartment again, so I know it was not painted. The case is in court for misappropriation.

Negative experience: Estábamos buscando piso y le dijimos al agente (Alex) que necesitábamos un piso en lo que pudiéramos entrar por una fecha determinada, que una de nosotros tenía que salir de bcn por un día en concreto y queríamos mudarnos antes de que ella se hubiera ido. cuando miramos el piso, no dejaba de repetir que tendríamos una respuesta en los próximos dos días y firmaríamos el sábado como prometió. estaba convencido de que sucedería. solo con esto salimos adelante. Habían pasado unos días y tuve que decirle que como teníamos horario apretado, teníamos que seguir buscando. Siguió diciéndonos cosas que queríamos escuchar y le pedí amablemente que recuperáramos nuestro depósito y que nos proporcionaran un recibo por la transacción. Fue nada profesional en la forma en que me respondió, y fue muy negligente al asegurar que recuperaríamos nuestro dinero. Seguí pidiendo un recibo, pero tardó muchos días en decir algo o conseguirlo. finalmente llamé a la oficina preguntando por el jefe, esta persona contestó el teléfono con el nombre de Diego. Le dije que su agente estaba siendo nada profesional y me interrumpió y dijo que él era Alex todo el tiempo de que estábamos hablando. Fue increíblemente maleducado y descortés, no me dejó terminar nada de lo que estaba diciendo, se rió de mí y colgó. Ha habido momentos he tenido con pisos y agentes donde cosas no habían ido según lo planeado, pero estes agentes siempre habían sido muy profesionales y comunicativos. Si Alex/Diego/como se llame es el gerente de verdad, el estándar aquí es bajísimo. Si buscas vivienda por esta zona, os recomiendo Finques Ferrera/Sergio.
