Negative experience: A terrible personal treatment. It is impossible to have smooth communication; weeks go by and we don't get any responses from them. We have been having problems with the apartment for two years that still remain unresolved. After the significant amount we paid for the deposit on the apartment, we are really disappointed and fed up with enduring this scam.

Negative experience: We have an apartment rented through them, me and 3 other girls, the attention is absolutely always terrible, most of the time we try to communicate with them it's impossible, they never answer our messages or emails and the phone of the person we contact always cuts off when we call. Whenever we manage to get them to pay attention to us, the process is always extremely slow, no matter how simple the management is. Truly shameful, considering the amount we had to pay as a deposit, both my companions and I. I do not recommend it at all.

Positive experience: A somewhat tense purchase due to selling an apartment that didn't have all the paperwork in order, yet the seller was in a hurry; nevertheless, everything ended well. The human touch from Belén is much appreciated.

Negative experience: ESTAFA!! Firmé arras de un piso el mes pasado y todo bien hasta que me entero de que no solamente nos han cobrado a nosotros sino que al comprador tambien! El Comprador hizo una oferta, de la cual ellos le quitaron una cantidad y nos mintieron diciendonos que la oferta era mas baja, cuando en realidad era mas alta pero querian quedarse con mas dinero y por eso lo hicieron!

Negative experience: My calls have been ignored, when ask advices for mediation between renter and owner. However extremely present at the beginning before receiving there deposit ( which by the way request half half in cash by one of there agent) Recommended if you are an owner but not if you are a renter .
