Negative experience: A waste of time. They contacted me twice before the visit, but they did not bother to inform me that the apartment I was going to see was already sold. Upon arrival, instead of focusing on the agreed property, they tried to offer me other apartments, and informed me that they intended for the buyer to pay a 3% commission, in addition to what they already charge the seller. The service was particularly poor, as the person who assisted me did not seem to have enough knowledge about the buying-selling of apartments and had to consult with her colleague. A complete waste of time and lack of professionalism. Ps. I invite potential clients to read the responses they give to the reviews, as they demonstrate the level of education and treatment offered in this office.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with this real estate agency. First, they told me that the price of the apartment included a 3% commission, and then, when I was about to make an offer and seeing that the apartment was in demand, they told me that they would actually add an additional 3%. This is a shame. After that, when I still decided to make an offer and asked to see the registry and the simple note, they said they were refusing to send them because they had too much demand and the boss was on vacation and didn't want to be disturbed. Finally, the cadastral registry and the apartment documents mentioned a usable area of 68, which they 'measured' at 80. The apartment was nice, but unfortunately, buying from such greedy people is not worth it, so I walked away. Avoid at all costs!

Negative experience: We had arranged to visit an apartment, but we had a problem and arrived 10 minutes late. However, 17 minutes before, I called to let them know, but no one answered or returned my call. We arrived and E.C. tells us that she won't show us the apartment because we arrived late, but the real reason was that she had made a mistake and had another couple booked as well. We told her that we were very interested in the apartment and that we could see it in 10 minutes. She said no and told us to leave. With our eyes wide open, we asked her to please check her schedule for another appointment. She looked at her schedule and told us she had no availability for the next 10 days. The day before the appointment, she called me in the afternoon and sarcastically told me that she couldn't show me the apartment the next day because it had been reserved. If you can, do not use her services, either for renting, selling, or buying. P.S. I won't waste my time disproving you. You are the ones who portray yourselves.

Negative experience: A real estate agency with abusive and reportable practices. We had a very unpleasant experience with them. We found an apartment that perfectly matched what we needed, and after the second visit, since we liked it a lot, we decided to go and make the reservation for the apartment (they ask for 1% for making the purchase promise). The first surprise was that when we went to make the reservation, the agency told us that they charged 3% + VAT in fees to the buyer (in addition to the 5% to the seller). That made us doubt because after several calls and two visits up to that moment, they hadn’t mentioned anything… And it was a whopping €11,600 that we would have liked to know in advance. For that reason, we decided to take a walk to think it over and returned an hour later still determined to make the reservation. Upon arrival, we said we wanted the apartment and that we wanted to pay the reservation. The person in charge of the company, E.C., told us that with only 15 minutes left until closing, could we postpone it until the next day. We accepted and she scheduled us for 5:30 p.m. the next day. What was our surprise when upon arrival she told us she had bad news, that another buyer had gotten ahead, that they had already made the reservation and that she felt terrible because it had already been agreed upon with us, but since she had told us before that if we matched this supposed buyer’s offer, the apartment was ours. Presumably, this buyer had offered the agency (not the sellers) a fee of €15,000 plus VAT. At this point, and given that we had bonded a lot with the owners, we asked them if they had anything to say regarding whom they preferred to buy the apartment, especially considering that THEY WOULD NOT SEE A SINGLE EURO FROM THIS OFFER. They said no, the first one to pay gets it. Indignant but resigned, we left the agency having given up on the apartment, but not without first going to say goodbye to the owners, with whom we had hit it off and felt sad not being able to buy their apartment. We also explained to them what had happened so they would understand why we were not buying it (since they too took it for granted that we would make the reservation that same day). Well, what was surreal was when we were at their home, there was a ring at the door and the real estate agents (S, M.A. and E.C.) appeared saying that they had followed us and had seen that we were at the apartment and that they wanted to talk to the owners. When we left, it turned out they went to tell the owners that we were doubtful about whether we could get a mortgage (false), that we wanted to modify contract clauses in case the delivery of keys was delayed (false), and I don’t know what other stories, to justify themselves. In total, just to add insult to injury, it turns out that the apartment was back on the internet portals a few days later and we know that visits were arranged afterward with this poor family. This makes us think that the offer they told us was pure blackmail and false. And the owners, who are older honest people, now find themselves with an exclusivity contract with people having totally questionable practices that does not allow them to sell it to whomever they want nor in a transparent manner.

Negative experience: Response to the response: Marcos snatched the document from my hands and tore it up. That as an indispensable condition for you to show me a parking space I have to sign a document in which I agree to make certain payments no matter what, even if you use the euphemism of a visitor sheet, is an undercover contract. And if it turns out that your fees are shared at the seller's request, I imagine that 50%, it means you actually take 1600€ + VAT for a parking space worth 2600€. Not bad at all. A few days later I saw another parking with another Tecnocasa office. The treatment was cordial at all times and I didn't have to sign anything as a condition for the visit to take place. I wasn't interested in the purchase for reasons that are not relevant here, and we're still friends. But well, you just have to look a little at the profiles that rate you. Profiles with 1 or 2 reviews give you 5 stars (relatives, friends, or ad-hoc profiles), while profiles with a good number of reviews (the real ones) give you one star. My sincerest congratulations on your management. I went with the intention of visiting a motorcycle parking space that I am interested in. Price: 2400€. They expect me to sign a document before showing it to me (it's an undercover contract) in which I commit, if I go ahead with the purchase, to pay them 800€ + VAT as fees. A 33% of the sale price, not bad. I had already been warned about Tecnocasa's questionable ethics, and I have seen it in person. When I refused to sign and raised issues, this guy Marcos snatched the paper from my hands and tore it up, despite claiming that this practice is legal. How nice... Be very careful, read any document carefully before signing it, as it can have unwanted legal consequences.

Negative experience: La nueva ley R/C alquileres publicada en el BOE elimina el pago de honorarios para el inquilino. Con mi pareja contactamos para ver un piso en sant Antoni, fuimos a visitarlo y el comercial fue muy atento en enseñarlo, regresamos a la oficina y la persona, creo encargada, nos explico las condiciones para hacer la reserva, preguntamos por los honorarios y nos contesta que el propietario no quiere pagar y que por tanto debemos hacerlo nosotros, y que en el caso presentaria una contraoferta al propietario para bajar el valor del alquiler (cosa que nosotros ni propusimos, ni habiamos considerado por que es un piso que esta muy bien, pero aceptamos, quedamos en que contactariamos despues. Mi pareja escribio al comercial fuera de horario laboral para acordar la cita para reservar, el comercial contesto y estuvo de acuerdo. Al dia sgte no nos contestan y luego nos dicen que ya esta reservado y mi pareja Marco Santerini deja una reseña por razones que el ha expuesto. Y que la persona que contesta responde diciendo que es un delito. DESHONESTIDAD es que hagan una llamada telefonica a pedirle de quitar la reseña a cambio de darnos el piso que supuestamente otra persona ya ha reservado, porque una mala reseña le afecta, le explicamos que no es personal. Y no son invenciones como dice la persona que contesta pues tenemos historial de la llamada que nos han hecho diciendonos lo anteriormente indicado. Tambien recuerdo que en ningun momento hable de "malas formas" de hecho he preguntado y me han contestado q estaba reservado. El piso muy lindo, el chico comercial muy bien pero el proceder de la agencia deshonesto.Las reseñas son un registro de la experiencia que se ha tenido, no es nada personal, por lo que hay que contestar con profesionalidad.

Negative experience: Cuida a esta agencia , hemos visitado un piso con ellos , pedimos informaciones sobre la reserva y no solo no quisieron darnos por escrito las informaciones sino que teniamos que pagar en efectivo la reserva de 1000€( solo era posible esta modalidad) para que podian tomar en cuenta nuestra documentación . Despues nos avisaron que habian unos honorarios de agencia que pagar , y en el momento que afirmé que por la nueva ley de vivienda que acaba de salir oficialmente del BOE son a cargo del Proprietario , nos comentaron que el proprietario" no las quiere pagar"( no qiere hacer algo que declara la ley....) haciendo entender que no era un problema de ellos , la solucion era pedir un descuento de alquiler pero que estos horarios deberian ser pagado de mi parte , en efectivo porque sino por trasferencia iba a pagar el precio +iva del 21% . Cuidado tanto a los proprietarios de vivienda que quien quiere alquilar en cuanto estas personas no estan cumpliendo la ley al 100% engañando una y/o ambas partes. Iré pidiendo informaciones y notificando lo que me paso a las autoridades correspondientes .

Positive experience: Buena experiencia con esta inmobiliaria. Estefanía es una gran profesional. Desde el primer momento nos ha ofrecido toda la información necesaria (es decir que no nos hemos llevado ningún susto) y tras finalizar el proceso de compraventa del piso se ha preocupado de realizar los trámites del cambio de titularidad de los suministros. El único punto en contra (aunque sé que no fue culpa suya) es que el proceso de compraventa se hizo largo por un error administrativo.

Negative experience: Muy poca profesionalidad, estábamos interesados en un piso y hemos tenido que estar llamando cada dos por tres para tener información, nos decían que nos llamarían y aún estamos esperando. Jugar así con las ilusiones de los clientes lo veo bastante feo, al final es el futuro de muchos de nosotros. Gracias por nada.

Negative experience: Falta total de respecto al cliente y practicas ilegales! Tuve muy mala experiencia con esta inmobiliaria con la venta de un piso. Primero no tenían indicado de 3% comisión que quieren cobrar en el anuncio - y esto es un asunto porque esta obligatorio a detallarlo. Con 3% el precio del piso sube 11k eur, que es mucho. Tambien los metros cuadrados del piso no estaban correctos - que es otro asunto. Segundo - tiene visitas planificadas cada 15 min y te urgen salir desde piso porque vienen otros clientes! Cuando quería preguntar la información sobre los gastos y otros datos del piso el chico que estaba enseñando el piso no sabía nada, me enviaba a la oficina de Tecnocasa, donde la jefe de la oficina no quería hablar conmigo porque estaba muy ocupada, no dejaba ni entrar, diciendo que ahora esta ocupada y me va a llamar mas tarde. Me gusto el piso y quería hacer la reserva, por eso volví a la oficina durante las horas de horario de trabajo pero no me aceptaba, diciendo que tiene que salir y mañana puedo venir a la oficina otra vez y hacer la reserva (indicando que de momento el piso no esta reservado y se puede hacer la reserva). Allí estaban otros dos agentes disponibles, pero ella no quería permitir hacer la reserva con ellos. Pues lo veo como el trato horrible de cliente, rechazarlo 2 veces en un día Al día siguiente me ha llamado diciendo que mejor que no vengo a la oficina porque otros clientes han hecho la reserva ya. Pues toda esta experiencia me he quedado sin palabras. Zero de profesionalismo y ética de trabajo.

En concreto hemos tratado con Estefania estos tres últimos años y la relacion ha sido siempre excelente. Teniamos dos pisos para alquilar y en un plazo de 15 dias ya los teniamos alquilados, con una exquisita seleccion de los inquilinos. Trabaja super bien y siempre esta dispuesta a ayudar en cambiar de nombre los suministros, contratar seguro de impagos etc, la verdad es que es un gusto trabajar con ella. Estamos tan contentos del trato que cuando se nos queda un piso vacio aunque sea en agosto, les llamamos unicamente a ellos para alquilarlo de nuevo. Nos dan mucha confianza y seriedad.

Fantastic experience: Estic molt satisfet en les gestions realitzades per la agencia, però en especial en la Sra. Estefania Caldas. En va facilitar totes les gestions per telèfon i correu electrònic, i en dues o tres setmanes ja tenia llogat el pis, per el preu que van acordar. Si en un futur tingues un canvi de llogaters tornaria a confiar las gestions en ells.

Negative experience: Estuve el otro día en la agencia de Av. Mistral ya que habíamos quedado con Estefanía para que nos enseñase un piso en el que estábamos interesados. No solo fue una visita fugaz al piso sino que parecía tener prisa por que viésemos el piso, ya que en ningún momento tuvo la profesionalidad de enseñarnos el piso y explicarnos sus características. Su actitud poco profesional y con 0 interés de vender el piso nos decepcionó mucho.

Negative experience: He pasado por aquí, me atendió Estefanía, con la puerta abierta y en clara actitud de "tengo poco tiempo y nada de ganas de atenderlo" le hice alguna pregunta, y no llegué a comentarle sobre el edificio en venta para el que trabajo, entendí rápidamente que no era una persona dispuesta a hacer negocios.

Positive experience: Trato sencillo y rapidez en las transacciones. Como comprador, me han facilitado los trámites y me han informado en todo momento.
