Negative experience: Se llevaron unos cuadros sin permiso y negaron haberlos cogido hasta que fue confrontado con fotos. Además, me habían dicho que costaba 130 Euros el Certificado Energético y después me pedías 180 Euros No son fiables
Anunciación, lamentamos que tenga esta percepción sobre nuestro servicio.
En cuanto a los cuadros, de pequeño tamaño y sin valor, se retiraron de la vivienda CON SU AUTORIZACIÓN, ya que se encontraban en la propiedad junto con otros objetos y enseres abandonados. La vivienda había estado alquilada durante mucho tiempo a una podóloga, y entre los objetos había elementos relacionados con esta profesión. Nuestra intención era regalarlos a una podóloga conocida, pero finalmente no los quiso.
Días después, cuando nos indicó que los cuadros tenían un valor sentimental para usted, se los pusimos a su disposición de inmediato. De hecho, le fueron entregados el día de la firma en notaría, en un ambiente cordial. Además, al día siguiente la acompañamos a presentar la plusvalía municipal, facilitando todas las gestiones necesarias.
Respecto al Certificado Energético, el coste fue de 130 €, gestionado por un técnico externo ajeno a nuestra inmobiliaria, recomendado únicamente por comodidad para nuestros clientes.
Es importante señalar que la vivienda se encontraba en un estado muy deficiente, con muebles rotos, enseres abandonados, pintura deteriorada, cocina en mal estado y condiciones similares a las de una vivienda que hubiera estado ocupada. Aun así, trabajamos con el máximo compromiso para gestionar la venta de la mejor manera posible.
Nos llama la atención que, residiendo en el extranjero, su historial de reseñas en distintos negocios de Cuenca refleje cada cierto tiempo comentarios muy negativos y con acusaciones graves. Entendemos que cada persona tiene su propia experiencia, pero en nuestro caso, hemos trabajado con profesionalidad y transparencia, acompañándola en todo momento en su proceso de venta.
Desde 1988, la satisfacción de nuestros clientes nos avala. Lamentamos que su percepción haya sido diferente y, como siempre, quedamos a su disposición.

Negative experience: Lamentablemente hicieron conmigo la típica triquiñuela del "lo siento, por temas de agenda tenemos que posponer la cita que teníamos acordada desde hace un mes". En esa misma llamada me dejó entrever que "el mundo inmobiliario es imprevisible, lo mismo la propiedad que ibas a ver deja de estar en venta por parte de los propietarios". 20 minutos más tarde, casualmente, recibo otra llamada de la inmobiliaria Romero informandome de que la propiedad dejaba de estar en venta... No lo sé Rick..... Mi consejo, con esta inmobiliaria, si es que no tenéis más remedio que utilizar sus servicios, es que solicitéis una visita lo antes posible, si no te harán la triquiñuela de las inmobiliarias
Lamentamos que su experiencia no haya sido la esperada. En nuestra inmobiliaria trabajamos con profesionalidad y transparencia, pero en ocasiones surgen imprevistos ajenos a nuestro control. En este caso, la propiedad dejó de estar a la venta por decisión de los propietarios, algo que puede ocurrir en cualquier momento en el sector inmobiliario.
Sobre la reprogramación de su visita, se le informó con cinco días de antelación y se le ofreció una nueva fecha dentro de nuestras posibilidades. Intentamos adaptarnos siempre que es posible, pero no siempre se puede garantizar una disponibilidad inmediata. Lamentamos que esto le haya causado molestias.

Unfortunately, due to current legislation, there were certain parameters under which the investment funds, owners of the properties, decided not to continue with the sales process. The treatment from the person who showed it to us, apparently the owner, could not have been worse; arrogant, rude, and in a hurry to finish. They even told us if we had money to buy that apartment, as they were not there to waste time. We definitely did not look at any more apartments listed by that agency. Fortunately, we bought a much better one, and the agency that sold it to us was excellent. I don't understand how anyone could leave any property with these people.
