Negative experience: I was referred to the agency because it's below the floor where I'm currently living, and my aunt had told me that they were reliable. Mariela Jardim attended to me, and at first, she was very attentive, so I trusted her. I provided my details and waited for her to write to me. Weeks later, I received a message from someone named Iván Teba García, who said he was Mariela's colleague but was a real estate agent. Since I didn't trust him much, I went downstairs and spoke with Mariela, asking if he was trustworthy. She said yes, and I believed her. Supposedly, he showed me an apartment and I was going to rent it. I made a deposit, but after a day he told me that the owner no longer wanted to rent it and that he would return my money. I waited and it never arrived. I wrote to him, and he said he would do it as soon as possible. In summary, he disappeared, and I didn't hear from him. Terrible service, zero stars. This is already in court because I do not plan to sit idly by and watch how they scam others.

Negative experience: I can't give 0 stars because I can't... At first, it was fine because we talked to an employee named Mariela and my cousin went to give her information trusting they would help her find an apartment. She gave her details to Mariela, and she passed my cousin's information to a colleague of hers from 'another rental agency'. Since it came from her, we trusted her, as she assured us it was reliable because they had closed several contracts. My cousin trusted her and deposited money with this man named Ivan Teba Garcia, who then disappeared; he didn't contact us again. Legal action is now in process regarding what happened, but I think it's wrong that trusting them, they give our information to people who are supposedly reliable, and all they do is scam you. Terrible all around.
