Negative experience: Publiqué un anuncio, contactaron conmigo, yo les escuché, pero no quedamos en nada y mucho menos les prometí nada. Se lo doy a otra agencia para la venta y no veas lo ofendido que se ha puesto el comercial. Al final le he dicho que si yo le había llamado a él alguna vez para algo y que si el piso era mío o suyo. Porque vamos, solo faltaba que tuviera que pedirle permiso para vender el piso donde me diera la gana.

Positive experience: Compramos piso en Sant Andreu con ellos. Nos atendieron muy bien. Jose fue muy amable y atento con nuestras necesitades. Piden honorarios fijos al comprador (5000 + iva), que es un poco alto, pero no depende del precio de la vivienda. Hay gestoras que no cobran al comprador y otras que cobran un porcentaje (que en nuestro caso hubiera generado honorarios bastante mas altos), así que diría que está en la media. En general fue una experiencia positiva.
