Negative experience: I am interested in buying a property from Solvia which is supposedly owned by this real estate agency. The central office gives me the phone number of a certain Isaac Formoso, who doesn't answer calls, WhatsApps, or anything... Anyway, I call the central office again, and they know nothing about this guy or the apartment, terrible on Solvia's part!
Negative experience: The photos and information do not belong to the property they are selling. They post one thing but try to sell another. Scam or misleading advertising. They need to correct the ads.

It's true that not everything is on their hands as it's a franchise and they have to deal with the headquarter were everything might be messed up, however I have seen Olga and Issac very interested in making everything work out well. Negative experience: Basically, they are a scam. We wanted to rent an apartment with Solvia. They asked us for a reservation fee. In the end, they didn't choose us and we have been claiming a refund for weeks via phone, through the website, and with the agent Cristina as well. They ignore us. We are at the point of going to the police to report them. Better to avoid them.

Negative experience: A disaster, I called to rent an apartment and they say there is high demand, two minutes later they tell me they can't offer me anything in Barcelona due to the high demand and to keep calling. Calling you is a waste of 10 minutes with all the absurd filters before getting to a human. Zero willingness to work, pure marketing and smoke sales. Maybe they should leave the business to another competent company with staff willing to work, not lazy like you. The worst customer service I have seen in years, with no experience. And don't bother replying to me with a silly template under this.

Negative experience: They only offer homes for bidding. Let’s not forget that they are responsible for the current housing situation. They don’t care about selling. Vulture funds, if they pay more, prevent families from having their first home. They have a poor mission and vision as a company, no social sense of selling at a fair price, and they prefer people without housing. Disgusting, one has to be twisted to accept such a sales policy as a partner, if the employees are not keeping them to make a profit.

Negative experience: El comercial Joan, falta de profesionalidad y compromiso con los clientes, he quedado con él y a la hora de la visita le llamo y empieza a preguntar para finalizar diciéndome que ha ido un comercial antes y que no abría la puerta, la visita la teníamos a las 12:00, he enviado un whatsapp de confirmación a las 11:00 el cual leyó y no respondió. Habíamos estado en gestiones por otro piso y lo mismo hay que estar llamando una y otra vez para que te presten un mínimo de atención, experiencia nefasta.

Negative experience: No recomiendo comprar de Solvia en general. Los trámites son muy largo, te piden documentos no necesarios etc. si algo no está bien hecho en la casa hay que estar detrás mucho. Esta oficina en Sant Andreu nos ha vendido una plaza de parking y después de 2 meses todavía no nos han dado el mando. El comercial Isaac Formosa nos dijo que se lo deben enviar, pero ni se hace cargo ni nos responde ya.

Negative experience: Te piden tus datos para que te llamen para una visita para un inmueble supuestamente disponible y a las 30 segundos te llega un correo que ya no lo está. Captación de datos, publicidad engañosa.... Nada recomendable.
