Negative experience: My experience with A&M Consultores Inmobiliarios S.L. in managing the reservation of a property in the building located at Calle Fray Luis de León, 5, Valladolid, has been very disappointing. Here are some of the issues I encountered in this process: 1. Lack of fulfillment of promised guarantees: From the beginning, the real estate agency and the developer committed to providing certain guarantees within a specific timeframe, but to this day this has not been fulfilled. This lack of commitment leaves a feeling of insecurity throughout the process. 2. Delays in signing the contract and expiration of the deadline: The private purchase contract should have been signed several months ago. The deadline expired three months ago and, however, neither the real estate agency nor the developer has managed this procedure as agreed. 3. Excuses and evasions about the contractual relationship: The real estate agency now excuses itself by saying that there is no contractual relationship with them, arguing that I do not have any signed document from them. This despite the fact that the developer assured me from the beginning that the signature from the real estate agency would be merely a formality and would be delivered to me as soon as possible. 4. Lack of commitment to refunding the amounts paid: Given the breach and repeated delays, I requested the refund of the amounts paid as a reservation for the property. To this day, three months after the contract expired, I have not received the refund of these amounts. In general, the lack of seriousness, non-compliance with deadlines, and the evasive attitude of A&M Consultores Inmobiliarios S.L. have made this experience frustrating and unreliable. I would not recommend this real estate agency to those seeking a professional and committed management in a transaction of this importance.

They are very proactive, and whether you want to buy or sell, they have a wide range of products. I have personally worked with Fina, and she is a machine. Positive experience: Buen trato y profesionalidad. Lo que no me gustó es que me dijeron por teléfono la minuta por vender un piso sin decirme que el IVA era a mayores (cabe decir que luego en el contrato de exclusividad que firmé venía "+IVA"). Hay que dar los precios con IVA porque no somos una empresa, porque yo al final tengo que pagar el precio y el IVA. Por lo demás estamos contentos en general con su trabajo

Negative experience: No aconsejo esta inmobiliaria para nada trato pésimo quería poner alquilar un local y ni se han molestado en mirármelo una tal Maria una prepotente lo más normal quen dueño ponga el precio no la inmobiliaria fatal el trato y todo parece que tenhagan un favor hay mejores sitios y con más amabilidad que esta gente q parece que les sobra el trabajo.
