Negative experience: Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with our landlords (which we do not blame on the real estate agency, as it had different owners previously). As we feared that they would not return our deposit and try to attribute damages to the apartment that were already there when we arrived, we asked the new owners of the real estate agency to mediate so that the landlords would put the electricity, gas, and water contracts in their name, as they intended to leave them in our name until they had a new tenant. The real estate agency had listed the apartment for rent with outdated photos (the same ones we used when we rented it from abroad, which did not correspond to reality). We believe it was a mistake to rent the apartment without the real estate agency having visited it beforehand (the landlords had already seen it and thought everything was in order). This became evident when the real estate agency showed and viewed the apartment for the first time. We did not think it was right for them to ask us to leave 2 days earlier than indicated in the burofax, as it was a holiday weekend and they wanted to go on vacation (both the real estate agency and the owners). We made the effort to leave earlier than planned, they changed the time for handing over the keys, and when we arrived at the real estate agency, the agent we had arranged and spoken with throughout the process was not present. She had assured us that she would provide us with a document signed by the landlords (who, I emphasize, had already gone to see the apartment) to confirm that everything was in order. The landlords had not signed anything, and the agent who was present told us that just one of us signing would be enough, when both of us were on the rental contract and her colleague had told us that we were obligated to both sign (which was not compatible with my husband's work schedule). As soon as we signed, we stopped hearing from the real estate agency, to whom we sent a message the same day (as this had been the preferred communication channel of the agent up to that point) as soon as the owners began blaming us for the damages in the apartment, just as we had anticipated. This is why we had agreed to leave the apartment 2 days earlier on the condition that the key handover document was signed by the owners. I am attaching photos of the apartment's condition during the years we lived there.

Negative experience: They showed us an apartment in the center, everything perfect; we agreed on a price with them and the owner, for which we made a deposit contract. We started the whole process with the bank, which involved valuation costs amounting to €500; and three weeks later they called me to say that the owner made a mistake and the community fees tripled!!!! Far from acknowledging their mistake, they wash their hands and do not want to assume those bank fees; not to mention fulfilling the penalty of the deposit contract, which I did not intend to claim since I understand there was no bad faith. To top it off, they warn me that the owner has many contacts and that I shouldn't claim anything! A mafia-like behavior, more akin to a Scorsese movie than a business in Valladolid. Be very careful ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ NOTE: No, I did not get the wrong real estate agency, obviously! And if this particular case doesn't ring a bell, then either you have a bad memory, or it's a common practice; and the latter is very serious, right?

Negative experience: Be careful with the apartment on 12 de Octubre N2 because after paying the deposit and passing all the checks and insurance the night before signing the contract, with the whole house packed for the move, one of the sisters backed out without caring about the situation they left us in. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm only warning about the ad, the real estate agency is not to blame, but I relate my specific case about a property that the real estate agency has advertised, that's all.

Positive experience: Entiendo perfectamente que para alquilar un piso sea necesario responder a unas preguntas de el propietario; no obstante hay ciertas preguntas que rozan la impertinencia como una de las que nos hicieron ¿ y cómo es que sí vais a trabajar en el hospital Clínico queréis vivir en huerta de el rey tan lejos ? Estuve lento y les respondí que por el cole de nuestro hijo...pero la respuesta ,acaso , debería haber sido otra más acorde. Sólo por eso se quedaron sin clientes.
