The call got cut off and they never called us back. I don't know if the interest they put in a sale is the same as in getting another property and an extra commission...

Negative experience: UNRELIABLE. BE CAREFUL WITH THE RESERVATION DOCUMENT (ABUSIVE) AND EVERYTHING YOU SIGN. It could be considered an ALLEGED ATTEMPT OF FRAUD. I visit an apartment and I am told that the previous tenants just reserved it but that they will show it to me. Ten days later, the manager; JESÚS, calls me and informs me that they backed out and asks if I am interested. I say yes. He sends me an ABUSIVE reservation document that leaves the buyer in ABSOLUTE LEGAL INDEFENSE and committed me to buy it regardless of any situation and condition of the property, rushing me to deposit 3000 euros, then 12000 more (Deposit) within 7 days and finalize in April because someone will be living in the apartment until then. Over the phone, he asks me if I am a police officer (weird question...) The document smelled fishy to me, so I reviewed it with my lawyer and returned it with suggestions for modifications (occupation, liens, land, substantial changes until April, refund of what was paid...). Jesús committed to send me the draft of the deposit (I never saw it). Right after this (24-36h), the previous buyers suddenly reappeared. The issue is that they were asking me for 15000 euros without having the cancellation document from the previous buyers, collecting 2 deposits from 2 different buyers plus their ADVANCE COMMISSION. Everything was smooth communication and good words with Jesús O. until this situation occurred, when he stopped responding or sent texts saying 'I’ll call you later,' but there was no more news. It is known to the National Police because, although it has not been consummated; this people should be monitored. DO NOT SIGN the RESERVATION document. Review it LEGALLY because it can end up being very costly.
