Negative experience: 0 stars!!!!! I rented an apartment with them and it was the worst thing I could do. We've faced various day-to-day problems as well as breakdowns that have always been neglected; they give you subjective opinions instead of solutions or do not mediate between the insurance/tenant or owner/tenant. If ROC attends to you, run away! They are not an efficient person in their position. Our refrigerator has been leaking water since the moment we moved into the apartment; a person from the insurance (which is insured by us tenants and another insurance from the owner) managed it and sends us a bill of €84.7 when this situation was already present before we entered the property!!!!! This is just one example of the many situations we encounter with them. If you want to rent a property, don’t even think about going with this real estate agency!

Negative experience: A harassment and demolition to sign exclusive contracts with penalty clauses. When all I wanted was for them to prepare an 11-month contract for a tenant I had found who wanted to move into the apartment urgently. After refusing to sign anything and telling them more than 8 times that I do not want to work with them and that they should please delete all my data and the information I provided. They keep contacting me and asking if I still want them to make the contract. They do not understand what harassment is and the data protection law. We will take legal action against these abuses.

Negative experience: I contacted the salesperson this Monday, October 7, 2024, to get information about an apartment they have for rent… I contacted 'EVA' for the first time via Wallapop, and that’s where the whole adventure begins when she gives me her contact so I can message her on WhatsApp. What surprised me was when the price listed on Wallapop was different from what she mentioned on WhatsApp… going from 700 euros monthly to 800 euros monthly… something that I found strange. The conversation starts to get a bit odd when she suddenly says, 'to make the reservation for the apartment and cancel the following visits, you must pay one month as a deposit...' I ask her if they have offices, and she says yes, that they are in Hospitalet de Llobregat, to which I refuse to make any payment before seeing the apartment, obviously, we’re not fools... and as soon as she sees that I’m not making the payment for the supposed 'deposit' because I clearly told her that to hold an apartment and make a payment of 800€ as a deposit, I wanted to see the apartment first, and her response was? 'If another client makes a reservation before Saturday, your visit will be automatically canceled by our system and you will be notified via SMS.' Did anyone receive that SMS??? Because I didn’t, and when I called her 10 times on the day of the appointment to see the apartment, her phone was 'off' and blocked on WhatsApp. I find it very strong that in the times we are living and how complicated it is to find a decent apartment, there are people like this, unprofessional and even scam-like. I hope this reaches someone and they take action because it’s shameful.

Negative experience: I am not clear on what criteria is being used these days to write reviews, but as far as I'm concerned, I always prefer to be honest. On this occasion, I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the lack of professionalism and commitment demonstrated by the sales team over the past three months. At the beginning, the salespeople seem very accessible and enthusiastic about closing the contract. However, as soon as we signed, the lack of commitment became evident from the first or second week. They do not answer calls, take vacations without prior notice, and on several occasions, I was assigned a new salesperson without any notification or formal introduction. The office phone seems to be unattended, and there is no one available to address inquiries. In summary, it has been a total waste of time: three months of contract, three different salespeople: Rafael, Ana, and Andreu, and the same situation repeated over and over again. I do not recommend this agency.

We had a scheduled visit and once in front of the door we told Ana Muniesa that we were there and she told us that there were no more visits because she received a transfer. Housfy has been dishonest, increased fees at the cost of the sale price of the apartment, delayed the entire process, and showed zero transparency. Negative experience: I was charged 134 euros for a cleaning in a 40m2 apartment. There are no photos showing that the cleaning was done (I clarify that the apartment was not clean, but not extremely dirty either, at the time of renting it). After that, they hold 200 euros for 90 days (they force you to sign it once you want to leave the apartment). On top of that, emails and calls took days to be answered (96 hours the last time). A very bad experience when leaving the apartment. I would give it 0 stars if it were allowed due to the abusive signing that deducts money and the time they take to do things.

Negative experience: First-class scammers... Don't do business with this scum. No one will respond to you if something happens. They only tell you lies to get you to bite. They waste your time. Read their contract carefully, if something happens, they wash their hands of it. They are irresponsible and have flats of dubious origin. They don’t have the properties they sell in order. They made me apply for a mortgage for nothing, go to the bank, waste money and time. *They charge you €5000 in fees as a buyer * Appraisal of €1000 * Reservation €8000 * The simple notes of the flats are not updated (meaning if the flat has multiple owners, they don’t even notice). They only want to collect and then good luck trying to reclaim. They schedule you at the office and the seller doesn't show up. In the end, they wash their hands of it and you end up in court so that after 10 trials and 3 years, they return your reservation. Buying a flat is something delicate; we cannot allow people like this to play with the money and effort of hardworking people. Do not put yourself in the hands of these people for something so delicate. Don’t trust them and don’t hand over your savings to these irresponsible individuals. I am only recounting my experience with these scammers.

Negative experience: Good afternoon, I am sharing my experience again as since the last review I posted, I was hoping a responsible person would finally reach out to us or respond to the emails sent, but that has not happened. I truly recommend people who want to rent their property to do so with a physical real estate agency where both the tenant and the owner can go with any issues they have. They do not answer the phone and only send you emails when something is of interest to them. I have requested the complaint form many times but they never send it to us, and it is a right we have as consumers; it is truly a shame of a real estate agency. They charged us €950 for the management as a real estate agency and they have managed nothing for us. Our boiler broke down, and we could not contact them by phone because they did not answer, and they did not respond to emails either. Many things have happened as I indicated in another review, but the experience with them has truly been the worst we have had.

Negative experience: I recently went to visit an apartment in Les Corts, which they had priced high. First, they told me it was 86 square meters when it actually had 64 usable square meters. It is the biggest difference I've ever encountered. As they knew it was also listed at a higher amount and would be appraised at a much higher price than its worth, they offered to do an appraisal which came out at €416,000, but when I brought in an expert appraiser, he told me it was worth no more than €370,000. After that, there was another hidden defect which I found out about when I called the administrator, who informed me that there would be a special assessment for the elevator of €22,000 per neighbor. When I mentioned all this to Housfy, they said 'oh yes, but it hasn't been approved yet,' although it was going to be approved in January 2024. Conclusion: they have prices above market, hide information, and have the highest commissions. Avoid if possible.

Negative experience: I had to hire a lawyer and spend 1500 euros to amicably resolve the conflicts that Housfy caused by not doing what they were supposed to do in a timely manner. If I had gone to court, I would have had to spend 2500 euros. The psychological and monetary burden of suing them is so great that in the end, we don't do it, even though we have refuted evidence. They don't even bother to respond to the lawyer's burofax. The sleepless nights, the dozens of emails written... because they don't attend to the tenant or the owner... In the end, my lawyer had to resolve the conflict directly with the owner. I advise both tenants and owners to stay away from this company because their practices are, at least in my opinion from my experience, negligent and immoral.
Negative experience: I do not recommend it to anyone. If you are thinking about getting a mortgage through them, run away. It is better to invest your time studying the market yourself; it will be worth it. Do not pay their fees until you are sure you have a signing date for the FEIN. Avoid talking over the phone and leave a written trail. They are people who work towards goals and are interested in closing the mortgage as quickly as possible by any means.

Negative experience: They lie, don't listen, and in a threatening tone tell me that for x amounts from banks I won't be able to apply for credit outside of them and that they WILL not cancel those requests unless I do it with them. The consequence is that I can't quote a mortgage with those banks. Note that I withdrew from the contract within the days specified in the contract, but they still send those emails and have that attitude. The amount they wanted to charge for management was almost 5000 euros. Be very careful with them.
