Fantastic experience: Hello. I was reading the reviews and honestly, they caught my attention. I rented an apartment with this real estate agency and I haven’t had any issues; I even had to sort out the contract signing when a work trip came up... And they provided me with all the logistical assistance to sign and hand over the keys. For my own security, I always take photos and videos when receiving the apartment (mainly as proof when returning it to avoid issues with the deposit). During this process, staff from Inter hogar accompanied me, confirming in person what I sent via photos and videos. I have already recommended it to a friend who is looking for an apartment.

Positive experience: After having the apartment for sale with several real estate agencies, with few visits and complicated bureaucratic issues, after a year and a half, we arrived at Fincas Inter Hogar, and in less than a year, we already had the apartment sold and signed. It is worth emphasizing that Mrs. M.Carmen brought us several visits, and we had no problems. We are extremely grateful for the work done.

Negative experience: Very bad experience!! They are scammers. They rented us a foreclosed apartment. Run away from these people!!!! They have thousands of complaints for being scammers.

Negative experience: They are scammers! Don't trust these people, they keep deposits, rent out bank apartments, and you end up on the street. They don't fix anything in the apartments, etc. I know it's hard to find an apartment in Barcelona, but these people will only make your situation much worse. They are bad people.

Negative experience: Do not even think about giving a dime to these people! They rented us a flat and it turns out it had been owned by the bank for years, obviously we have to leave and on top of that they don't want to return the deposit, we have had to go to court (and this is just the beginning). They are scammers, bad people, and we will do everything possible for justice to put them in their place and make them stop scamming.

Negative experience: Terrible experience I had with them. Specifically with Mari Carmen, who is the one in charge and shows the apartments. I went to see an apartment in the Fort Pienc area; I was the first person to see it and at that moment I said I was interested but asked if we could discuss some grace period since it was mid-month and I had already paid for the apartment I was in. Mari Carmen told me that since I was the first person to see it, they would take my decision into account before anyone else in case someone else was interested. In fact, she herself told me that she would call me, only to be surprised that the next morning they were in a hurry to rent it out (I was at work and no one called me, all through WhatsApp). Silvia contacted me (by the way, very kind) to ask if I was still interested because there were two people who were interested in moving in right away. I said yes, but soon after she told me that another person had called and was going to confirm that same afternoon. They left me hanging without giving me more explanations other than that the owner was in a hurry (when the apartment had not even been posted for 24 hours). Terrible experience from which, by the way, Mari Carmen never contacted me at any time to apologize for her lack of communication.

Positive experience: Unos administradores excelentes ,a mi me administran mi piso desde hace más de 6 años y nunca he tenido ningún problema con ellos y si tengo alguna duda me la resuelven rápidamente.Unos profesionales

Negative experience: Nefasta administración.. NO FIARSE NI CONFIAR en que te administren los alquileres. Facilitan gastos con errores que tu tienes que controlar y pedir que corrijan. Unos inútiles e incompetentes

Negative experience: Very sad that i still need to put 1 star because even 1 star is not what they deserve. Think twice if you are going to rent with Inter-Hogar. Even if you signed a contract this dont mean anything. While they are €582 richer, they will say that it is not their problem but from the property owner. When contacting the property owner (Maria Carmen) she will make all kinds of excuses for not giving the money back. When we leave at the 10th of the month and pushed by Inter-Hogar to get out of the appartment before 09:00 in the morning, we still need to pay the full month of rent. When the contract clearly saying that you will get the full month back because they already found another person who was waiting at the front door. Also the deposit for the “keys” we didnt get back. With the excuse that they dont know for sure if i gave the keys corretly on time (when i leave on the 10th of the month). Think twice ladies and gentleman, dont fall for this trap! And keep reading the reviews, ignore their response because the only thing they do is clean THEIR hands.

Negative experience: Reitero a Maig de 2023 API NO COL.LEGIAT I DE GESTIO NEFASTA Han hagut de refer el certificat de Hisenda perquè no saben calcular. SEMPRE has de revisar la seva feina. Si durant 20 anys han continuat porten la gestió és perquè Mà Carmen té molta xerrameca entretenint i convencent propietàries d'edat. Sort que els propietaris tenen uns fills que detecten tot el que fa malament l'agència . Tenen la barra de cobrar per feina que fan molt i molt malament. Acusar que demanem uns informes falsos és greu i punible. Només es demana que redacti informe de l'estat en què deixen els pisos i no ho fa. No incorpora fotos dels desperfectes i omet que s'entrega el pis sense electrodomèstics extrem que recull el contracte dipositat a la cambra de la propietat . Tenen la barra de presentar una còpia de contracte manipulat amb tippex on per art de màgia desapareixen els electrodomèstics... Annexo fotos d'alguns dels desperfectes que no han quedat recollits en el seu informe com a prova que no demano un informe fals . Vull un informe que reculli tots els desperfectes per justificar el perquè d'un import tant elevat en les reparacions. Compte del que acuseu en les vostres respostes. LA PITJOR AGENCIA Nefastos professionals. Han estat administrant lloguer del pis de manera negligent i poc professional. Has de vigilar els comptes que et presenten. Sempre estan malament i no porten cap mena de control. Has de demanar que corregeixin els pagaments o recordar que l'inquilí no et paga. Descontrol total i mala praxis. Triguen 2 mesos en tramitar contractes a la cambra de la propietat. No fan absolutament res si l'inquilí no et paga, simplement li envíen àudios i whatsapps. API no col.legiat... Es desentenen totalment del propietari de

Negative experience: EL DÍA SIGUIENTE que firmé el contrato descubrí que había un problema con el tema de agua caliente en el piso. Me quedé 8 meses sin poder usar agua caliente, 1 mes sin poder usar agua (ni siquiera fría) en la ducha, infestación de cucarachas y nadie de la inmobiliaria me contestaba. Cuando tuve algo de respuesta, recibí un mensaje diciendo que “nadie me obligaba a quedarme en el piso”. El tema de las cucarachas, después de más de medio año solo fue arreglado porque el edificio ha contratado a una empresa (pero también había infestación de un tipo de cucaracha solo en mi piso, así que no era responsabilidad del edificio). Con 12 meses salí del piso, pero pagué una factura de mitad del mes siguiente. Ya les escribí 11 veces en dos meses y no me contestan: cuando les llamo me dicen que les escriba, y nada de respuesta. ACTUALIZACIÓN: me habéis hecho una pregunta, pero no se puede contestar una respuesta en google maps. Así que contesto aquí: mi comentario fue hecho en abril de 2022 y recibo una respuesta en noviembre de 2024 (dos años y siete meses más tarde) questionando la fecha de la crítica: esa actitud enseña la calidad de vuestro servicio. Con tantas críticas negativas, mi sugerencia es qué penseis en como mejorar el servicio prestado, en vez de intentar tener razón en las respuestas ofrecidas. Ah, y este comentario, ya que está siendo actualizado, se quedará con la fecha de noviembre de 2024.

Negative experience: Son unos impresentables, si hay algún problema olvídate de ellos porque no te van a ayudar por mucho que intentes contactar con ellos de todas las formas posibles.

Negative experience: Unos sinvergüenzas y unos cara dura! Super impresentables y poco profesionales. NADA recomendables.

Negative experience: No pongo menos estrellas porque no se puede. Son unos impresentables y farsantes que no hacen su trabajo. A la hora de recoger la comisión son muy rápidos pero después olvídate de ellos. No os fieis de que os vayan a hacer el cambio de titularidad de los suministros porque no los hacen, en mi caso por confiada me va a tocar pagar unas facturas cuando hace más de un año que no vivo en el piso que alquilamos a través de ellos... Y esto me ha pasado por confiada pero durante la estancia en ese piso fueron muchas las incidencias que tuvimos que batallar con ellos para que las resolvieran tal y cómo les correspondía hacerlo. Lo dicho, con diferencia es la peor inmobiliaria con la que he tenido la desgracia de toparme y tal y cómo les he dicho lo repito, espero que lo que yo me voy a gastar en pagarles facturas que no me corresponde lo gasten ellos en medicinas y que ninguna les haga efecto. Ojalá os vayáis a la quiebra, ladrones!!

Negative experience: Muy poco profesionales y sobre todo unos MENTIROSOS. Incontables problemas y engaños por su parte. Tomad fotos el día de entrada al piso y justo antes de devolverlo o ya os podéis olvidar de que os devuelvan ni 1€ de vuestra fianza. Buena reforma completa habéis hecho con nuestro dinero. Muy rápidos a la hora de tomar tu dinero pero el día que haya un pequeño problema olvidaos de que os respondan a los mensajes siquiera. Vergüenza os tendría que dar.

Fantastic experience: Quería agradecer el esfuerzo y dedicación que habéis empleado en encontrar el piso de nuestros sueños. Desde el primer momento recibimos un trato muy profesional y cercano y a pesar de que nuestra petición no era sencilla, el comercial que nos atendió supo captar nuestras necesidades e hizo todo lo que estaba en sus manos por ayudarnos. Dicho comercial, nos peleo el precio hasta conseguir una rebaja que pudiéramos asumir. Podemos decir que gracias a Inter - Hogar hemos podido comprar el piso de nuestros sueños. Negative experience: PURO ENGAÑO. Mucho cuidado con esta inmobiliaria!!! Reserve y pagué la fianza de un piso con esta inmobiliaria (Carrer de Lepant) y a dos días de mudarnos a Barcelona "casualmente" el piso que habíamos alquilado se vendió. Nos quedamos en la calle, en una ciudad nueva sin contactos y sin un lugar donde alojarnos. Sabiendo de nuestra situación el agente se limpió las manos y dejó de contestar a nuestras llamadas, mensajes. Mucho ojo si quieres comprar o alquilar con esta inmobiliaria, no te fies, incluso si tienes un precontrato firmado. Me sentí estafada.
