Negative experience: What seemed like an opportunity to find a new home turned into a disappointing and frustrating experience. It is outrageous that the real estate agency charges just for showing you an apartment, a practice I consider a real scam. Besides the discontent with this abusive policy, the lack of transparency and the unprofessional treatment by the staff completed a truly regrettable experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this real estate agency and looking for more ethical and customer-respectful options.

Negative experience: You are a bunch of shameless people. Charging €9.90 to show an apartment is akin to armed robbery. You take advantage of the fact that people are desperate to grab cash from everywhere.

Negative experience: Is this a real estate agency or a joke? They advertise an occupied property in Les Corts on all the major real estate websites. On their site, they advertise the same listing, same reference, in El Besòs. Therefore, they are already manipulating just to get your interest with a completely incorrect location and waste your time. When you contact them, they say they can’t provide information about where the apartment is located!! Hello?? I'm not asking for the exact address, I'm asking for the area. Nothing! There’s no way, and then to act tough, they make up that they have sold 15 occupied apartments and that they can’t know... oh really? Well, I’m sharing the link to their listing on Idealista and the one on their website... no response! A certain Marc tells you (who has 0 professionalism, I think he doesn't even have a secondary school diploma... he can't even write...) a 'Thank you!' when I was waiting for a response to my question. What a shame! Scammers. Since I've caught them in the lie about the location, they act deaf and 'interesting.' For me, they have 0 interest. It’s disgusting.

Negative experience: After visiting two locations in Poblenou and making a reservation for the more expensive one, I decided to opt for the smaller one. We agreed to sign on July 31, but I asked to postpone the signing because I wanted to negotiate the installation of air conditioning and agree on the conditions. It was impossible to delay the signing date. They were in a hurry to bill the full rent for the month of August. Zero possibility of negotiation and a lot of pressure. They claimed that 'the property was making an effort to sign the contract that day.' Greedy and zero interest in providing service to the tenant. Their representative, Eric Palencia, who pretends to be ethical and a good person, has kept the reservation. Acting with haste and little clarity towards the client is certainly a great talent. Terrible real estate service.

Negative experience: Inmobiliaria impresentable. Pusieron un piso en Habitaclia. Escribí interesada por la oferta de ese piso pero no me han contestado. He llamado 5 veces y dejado mensaje 3 veces. En una ocasión hace 6 días conseguí hablar con una persona que me indicó que me llamarían . Nunca lo han hecho. Cómo cliente que busca un piso de alquiler no volveré a contactar por ningún piso. Pero como propietaria que necesito alquilar mi piso,no los contrataré.

Negative experience: Desastre! Experiencia lamentable. Diría que el trato ha sido hasta vejatorio de Marc, falta de empatía, mal educado, por ponerle adjetivos políticamente correctos... Su trato no es ni profesional ni decente. Entramos, como en un mercado persa, a negociar sus desmesurados honorarios, y finalmente bajo amenazas, presión, prisas y malas palabras decidimos concluir las conversaciones. Qué mala imagen para la profesión, y que desprotegidos estamos ante estos abusos de poder tan flagrantes.

Negative experience: The agent (Alex) misrepresented himself when he called to ask to view the flat. Said he was a personal assistant. Then when he turned up, said he was a 'personal shopper'. Clearly an agent. Took pictures of the flat and video. I told him to list it at a certain price. Maybe he misunderstood, and put a lower price (the discussed price that I might accept if the tenant is good). Then when told to change the price, gave me a whole rant about how the rent is too high etc. So I said we can forget it, if he thinks the rent is too high, and to remove the listing. And then came the rant (see photo below - apparently Alex does not take rejection well)... I presume when he says 'people like me' he is referring to the fact that I am not white and not Spanish? So racism apparently is alive and kicking with this agency. I am actually 30 years in international real estate industry as investor, developer and even own a property consultancy and have even commented in international press about entire real estate markets. I think it is probably the first time I have an estate agent be outright racist to me. I think it is safe to say that this agency will NEVER get any work from any of my companies or any of the business contacts I know.

Negative experience: Personal prepotente, presionan de forma desmedida a la hora de realizar la reserva, cobran unos gastos de gestión inventados y en general no han sido amables en ningún momento durante la gestión. Una pena, suerte si seguimos alquilados dentro de 6 meses.

Negative experience: Un año después dejamos el piso que contratamos con ellos. El trato co. Marc al principio fue bueno, pero esta puntuación se debe a que fuimos engañados. Cuando se habló con Marc era principio de Diciembre y nuestra intención era entrar en Enero, a lo que él dijo que sin problema y que las dos semanas de Diciembre que quedaban no haría falta pagarlas, por lo que con esas condiciones decidimos entrar en ese alquiler. Más allá de la realidad, Marc no lo dijo a nadie y en administración no sabían nada, por lo que al final terminamos pagando esas dos semanas. Marc no nos volvió a coger el teléfono.

Negative experience: Mensaje que le he enviado a la persona que tenía que enseñarme un piso y me ha hecho volver a la otra punta de Barcelona,después de llamarle pasados 10m y que me dijera que ahora bajaba, y que posteeormente me anulara la visita: Tenéis que tener un respeto por el tiempo de las personas. No puedes decirme que ahora bajas, y en unos minutos mandarme un mensaje estándar de copiar y pegar, anulando la visita. Si sabéis que esto puede suceder es vuestra obligación hacer las visitas más espaciadas.

Negative experience: Poco profesionales a la hora de citar a los clientes. El jueves 10 de junio me cito el Sr Juanjo a bajo las 19,y al llegar vi que había gente en la calle. Llamé para confirmar que estaba en la puerta y me dijeron que estaban con una visita y que esperara abajo. Esperando vi que subía gente, pero no sabia si iban a ese piso o donde. Hablando con la gente de la calle, nos enteramos que todos teníamos cita a la misma hora y no había orden de visita. A las 19.20 bajo el Sr Juanjo y nos dijo que ya estaba alquilado, que si queríamos verlo nos lo enseñaba por cortesía, pero que estaba alquilado. Entiendo que algúna de las visitas en algún momento le reservaría el piso, pero si hubiese hecho las visitas escalonadas, si alguien se lo queda, tiene tiempo de anular las visitas, pues ellos no saben los sacrificios que cada uno ha hecho esta tarde para ver el piso, como venir de 240 km para verlo. Además el no sabe si alguien le puede hacer una contraoferta al alza. Lo más profesional, aunque menos sincero, hubiese sido no decirnos que esta alquilado, y enseñarnos el piso, y el dia siguiente decirnos que no hemos sido seleccionados. Espero que tomem mi comentario como algo constructivo, y que sus clientes confirmen el orden de citas.
