Your comment is not only disrespectful to the company but also to its employees. Even the advisors were offended by your message. None of them feel exploited. They were offended because you portrayed them as exploited people. The people who make up the Inmoredes Team are individuals with a strong entrepreneurial character who are convinced to fight and give their 100% in the relationship they maintain with each client, aiming to grow both professionally and personally through the development and learning of their own activity. The Inmoredes Team members are proud to provide quality real estate intermediary services, aiming for excellence and helping our neighbors go through a process that for many signifies a very important moment in their lives. Yes, that moment when someone decides to acquire or divest from a property. Our salaries consist of a fixed wage plus a variable amount for each mediation. Additionally, there is a BONUS for meeting objectives, which ranges from the first day up to the first 8 months. Then, there is another 4-month bonus that completes the first year in the company. The same applies the following year. Once past the second year, a person begins a Director’s career, aiming to create their own team. Once the team is created and after one year in that position, the company invests in their project by financing its opening at 0% interest. That is, to clarify, if anyone in the team has a client requesting an appointment at 9 PM because they can't arrive earlier, the willingness is absolute. The commercial job implies this, commitment, and willingness. We work with clients who are going through an important moment in their lives, and generally, these people demand special and dedicated treatment. Every worker/entrepreneur entering here knows this, accepts it, and consents to it. And they fight for it. Here, those who meet the standards in values and results have the opportunity to create their own company in 3 years. We take care of them to minimize business risk in each project. Negative experience: Since Monday, when an ad for a penthouse in Navas was posted, my father-in-law has been trying to contact without success. The sales representative, Diego, never returned the calls, despite the insistence. Today, finally after complaining to a colleague. He called us just to say that he had many interested parties and that there was no availability, all in a very arrogant manner. Diego's attitude is unacceptable; he doesn't know how to treat customers and lacks good manners. I do not recommend his services at all. His aggressive behavior even over the phone is a clear sign of his lack of professionalism.

Negative experience: A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I went to see an apartment with Mrs. Sheima. The property looked quite good, so we asked her if she could show us the documentation. That’s when the evasions and excuses began until she stopped responding to messages. A few days later, she contacted my husband to offer him a property in Premià de Mar and another one in Arenys de Mar. He kindly explained to her that we have our whole life in Barcelona (jobs, kids' school, family), so it wouldn’t make sense for us to move away, but this lady kept insisting and offering discounts on these apartments that we hadn’t even considered visiting... I understand the need to sell, but our need to be properly advised comes first.

Fantastic experience: We sold an apartment through them, everything was phenomenal, very clear from the beginning, they do a study and keep you updated on the different price ranges you can work with, you always decide. The visits were very filtered and they do not show your apartment all day, only to those who are usually quite interested. Negative experience: Terrible service! I called to request a visit to an apartment, and they told me they would contact me via WhatsApp to finalize the schedule, but they automatically took the listing down from Idealista! When I called back the next day after not receiving the message, they said they had no apartments available.
Hello Lukas. I am Mariano Velo, the CEO of Inmoredes. I have spent time and effort finding out in detail what happened. I first called you to ask what had happened to you and the origin of your anger regarding the service and listened to you patiently. Then, I listened to Daniela, our central coordinator, who was the one who had the first contact with you. Your first contact with Inmoredes was to complain about the conditions of fees and deposits for a temporary rental we had in an attic on Rambla del Carmel. Your note via Idealista said the following: 'Good morning! Did you know that it is illegal to charge agency fees? And legally it is one month of deposit since that is what Incasol asks for, not two.' In response to the complaint, Daniela kindly explained to you that in seasonal contracts, and since these types of contracts are 'for use other than housing' according to the LAU, and considering the recent non-approval in the Parliament of Catalonia of Decree Law 6/2024, of April 24, on urgent measures in housing matters, issued by the department of the Presidency of the Generalitat, the agency fees for these contracts are once again passed on to the tenant. Only in permanent habitual housing contracts do the fees get paid by the owner. Regarding the legal deposits contemplated by the LAU, for habitual housing contracts only one month of legal deposit can be requested and up to two months of additional guarantee, according to the law. And the owner's obligation is to deposit that month as a legal deposit in Incasol. For contracts of use other than housing, as is the case of our attic which you contacted us about, the LAU is clear and states that it will be 2 months of legal deposit, which must be deposited in Incasol, and regarding additional guarantees, it does not set limits. In summary: For habitual housing contracts: it is 1 month of legal deposit, and up to 2 months of additional guarantee. For contracts of use other than housing (commercial premises, seasonal, etc.): it is 2 months of legal deposit and free agreement for additional guarantee. Once Daniela explained that to you, you told her that you were not interested in the conditions. The next day, you called back complaining that you had not been sent the address of an apartment for which you had scheduled a visit and the lack of respect this implied. The apartment you referred to was one on Calle Leonardo Da Vinci in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, and we told you that we never had a property for rent in L'Hospitalet, as our area of operation is Barcelona city. In fact, in our first contact, when I called you, you sent a screenshot of the conversation via Idealista to schedule the visit to the apartment in L'Hospitalet, and the profile picture said: 'm.viviendas.' Therefore, it was not us, and that conversation consequently was not with Inmoredes. The mistake was not ours; you confused us with another real estate agency. Even so, we patiently tried to clarify the situation; we called and wrote to you at the time you mentioned was most convenient for you, and we never received a response again. In summary, we put a lot of effort every day into providing the best service and attention to our clients and anyone who contacts us, and we are deeply saddened that this type of review damages our image without any reason in this case, as I reiterate that the mistake made does not correspond to our team. Fantastic experience: Long due review/ Top quality service. It was 3 years I was looking for the flat of my dreams in Barcelona. I went through a LOT of scams, false opportunities, agencies that were not professional at all, direct owners that tried to sell me literally anything and lawyers that were not able to consult me well and almost got me engaged in a deal that could have been a total disaster (another scam). Finally, I found the flat I really wanted, it was with Inmoredes and Mario was super helpful. At one point everything was running so smoothly and so nicely that I was wondering where was the hidden trick. I didn't find it. Finally I had found a partner that was able to manage the process in professional way. The charge of the agency was on me (as opposed to many other cases) but it was totally worth it, the process was super transparent. They went the extra mile accommodating every request I had as I had a quite limited time restriction. Couldn't reco these guys more.

Negative experience: An incompetent and totally dishonest agency.... Let's say a group of LIARS. My experience with this real estate agency has been absolutely disappointing and discouraging. After paying the reservation amount, I trusted that I would receive fair treatment and that my interests as a client would be respected. However, I encountered a series of unacceptable behaviors on the part of the agency. Firstly, despite agreeing to stop showing the apartment to other buyers after receiving my reservation, they continued to show it to other interested parties. This shows a clear disrespect towards me as a client and a total lack of professionalism by..inmoredes. What made the situation even worse was the fact that when they received another higher offer, instead of informing me and giving me the opportunity to improve my offer, they accepted the other offer without even consulting me. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of ethics and honesty on the part of the real estate agency. Moreover, when I confronted the agency by speaking with the agent who was in contact with us (the so-called Mario) about their deception and asked them for explanations, they started making up excuses and telling me lies................. not just lies............ But they invented a complete story. They told me that the owner no longer wanted to sell the apartment due to personal issues, etc. etc., acting as if everything is the owner's fault and they know nothing.... Which turned out to be completely false, as speaking directly with the owner, I found out that they had signed an agreement with other Russian interested parties on the same day. The lack of transparency and professionalism of this real estate agency is unacceptable. I cannot recommend their services to anyone at all. If you are looking for a reliable and honest agency, I suggest you look elsewhere. This agency clearly lacks integrity and does not care at all about the well-being of its clients; they are only interested in their money, and they do not care if the client ends up harmed and wasting all their time. These 4.9 reviews are totally fake and obtained in a wrong manner, just to give a good image to that false brand and that group of liars.

Not only before making the sale, but also afterwards with some pending processes, such as changing utilities. Valentina, the salesperson with whom I conducted the operation, is incredible. She has accompanied, advised, and helped me with everything she could. Of course, INMOREDES charges for its services, like any real estate agency, but at least it's money well spent. Fantastic experience: Hace unos meses teníamos "enquistada" una compra venta en Barcelona. Alguien me habló de Inmoredes. En ese preciso momento supe que lo íbamos a sacar. Valentina es una excelente profesional, trato cercano, muy amable y una capacidad de trabajo sin límites. Tanto, que en 10 días había realizado la venta. Acto seguido, una vez realizada la señal por parte del comprador, aparece en escena Judith, Directora de Inmoredes. Fantastic experience: Hemos trabajado con Inmoredes por la compra de un piso. Nuestra consultora fue Valentina, y el trato ha sido impecable desde la primera visita hasta después de la firma. Siempre disponible y atenta a que la parte compradora y vendedora siguen consiguiendo sus objetivos. En los momentos importantes (reservas, arras, firmas) o también para contestar a preguntas donde se requería más experiencia, también pudimos referirnos a Judit, que es la manager de Valentina.
