Negative experience: I thought the problems would end when I left the apartment managed by them, but 9 months later I'm still receiving bills for utilities and home insurance because they don't manage things well, it's a nightmare!

Negative experience: They are excellent at closing a contract, but once signed, the attention and management they provide for tenants is terrible. The delays are incredible for any process or repair that needs to be made to the apartment and requires their management.

Negative experience: I am reposting this review because it appears to be deactivated. And I am adding a photo of the rental contract with Solfinc (with private data erased, of course), considering that in the response they accuse me of not having been a client of Solfinc. After the reposting of the review, you left me a message on the answering machine, how curious that you knew who I am without having been a client, right? One more proof that this company is not trustworthy and does not hesitate to resort to lies. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We have been living in an apartment on Padilla Street 239 managed by this real estate agency for 5 years. During these 5 years we have never disturbed either the property or the agency. Even though it was an old apartment with small problems arising, we always resolved them ourselves. The only time we had to resort to the agency was when the mandatory gas inspection detected leaks in the boiler. The agency sent a technician, but the problem was not resolved adequately. After three months of notice, we still smelled strong gas every time we showered with hot water. This danger, coupled with the high rental price and the fact that we were entering the last year of our second contract, in which a foreseeable new increase awaited us (after the first contract the increase was 12%, I wish I could say that our income has increased that figure in 3 years), forced us to look for a more economical alternative (and without the risk of explosions or poisoning) outside the city. It's the market, friends. The surprise came when receiving the deposit settlement, which included some quite astonishing "repairs": we are charged for the removal of a bathroom heater that was already not working when we moved in. We are charged for an extractor hood with an "affected motor", which from the beginning operated with helicopter vibrations and had a broken stopper (and which, since it worked after all, and out of not wanting to make a fuss, like many other things, we did not claim). We are charged a king's ransom for the replacement of a faucet and a cistern mechanism. We are told about the repair of a wardrobe door of which we had no news of having problems. We are charged for blown halogen bulbs when half of those given to us were blown or empty. And we are charged 70 euros for cleaning when we left the apartment perfectly clean and instead it was delivered to us in an extremely filthy state, without prior cleaning. In short, a complete abuse regarding the settlement they have made. The fact that the repairs amount to exactly (not a cent up or down) the amount of the deposit is a clear demonstration of the bad faith with which this agency operates. We have always been impeccable tenants, and after 8 rental apartments this is the first time our deposit has not been returned. That normal people with normal salaries who have paid more than 40,000 euros in rent over 5 years are abused in this way is outrageous. I hope this review helps anyone thinking of renting through this agency to think twice.

Negative experience: We have proof of evidence (Video and e-mails) that a person in the higher level in this real estate company working together with owner of the apartment we rented, stole from us over 300 euros. They charge 278 euros for so called cleaning and 46 euros because we left few days earlier. We have video proof confirming person from the higher level from this company controlling everything is okay in apartment and after telling us in the check out that our deposit 2800 will be refunded during one month, even signing a paper, without saying that there will be extra expenses. When we moved to this apartment 1 year ago , it was very dirty , we cleaned everything for 2 weeks, before we left this apartment, also we cleaned everything 1 day before, and it was at least 10 times cleaner than before. They stole from us 300 ,but now they will lose a lot of clients with a lot more value. That is a lesson for all these fake persons who want to scam others. Everybody who wants more information about how they scam people can contact me thru LinkedIn - This real estate answered that I have not been their client , video recorded when this señor signed a document with e - mails. They cannot do any legal action because they would lose with valid proofs so they just keep talking empty words here. Well you should not scam others, now everybody know and there is no where to hide, you need to face what you did. And yes I am a real estate agent and I don’t scam people like one of your person in higher level did. Read from other review about problems they faced with you and sadly they did not made video. Everyone who has been victim of this real estate agency can also contact me thru LinkedIn so we can find legal ways to make them pay back everything they stolen.
Good morning Mr. Uustalt, Regarding your comment, as you well know, you are neither a client nor have you ever been a client of our company, limiting our role to a simple mediation between the parties, as evidenced by the emails that have been exchanged. Furthermore, you, who also work in the real estate sector, have attempted to carry out an entirely inappropriate action against our entity, and for this reason, we are forwarding this to our legal services for any necessary action. Negative experience: Things go well until you sign the contract and during the first 10 days, which is the timeframe for raising any issues with the apartment. However, on the same day you sign, the agency's manager will email you, asking for a positive Google review, that is why they have some positive evaluation. I have proof of this email if needed. I didn't comply because my experience with them only concluded a week ago after three years. Now, I'm finally sharing my review. The experience is smooth if you don't require assistance. During the initial 10 days, I thoroughly documented every aspect of the apartment and sent it to the agency to address some concerns (including the pictured window blind). They sent a technician who acknowledged the issues and provided a budget, which the owner rejected. Consequently, the agency refused repairs and said I was responsible for the window blind. I chose not to repair it since I never used it. Surprisingly, when I returned the apartment in the same condition, they deducted over 100 euros for the blind's repair – essentially charging me for a pre-existing issue. Despite sharing photos and evidence, they withheld part of the deposit. If you still consider renting from them, here's my advice: - Capture videos and photos of every detail in the house, sending reports via email and awaiting their acknowledgment for evidence. Repeat this process before returning the keys at the end of the contract. - Test all doors and windows for functionality. I faced problems closing doors during summer, and they added a last-minute note to the contract stating they weren't liable. - If emails go unanswered, call or visit in person. Persist, as asserting your rights is essential.
Good morning, first of all, I would like to clarify that we were the ones who recommended that you send us an email with the defects of the property that you might find during the first 10 days, to state that you did not do so, and thus not harm you in the return of the deposit (we also state this in the contract). Regarding the repair of the blind, you notified us a year ago that it had broken (you had been living in the property for approximately 2 years) and we sent a technician to review the repair. Since that moment, we informed you that, as it was a small repair due to usage, it is the tenant's responsibility, as stated in the LAU. You were informed that you should undertake the repair of the blind; we even offered to process it through the insurance with our help, and we never received a response. Until you had another problem with the boiler, you did not confirm that you would undertake the repair of the blind yourself. To our surprise, the day you left the property, we noticed that the same blind you reported a year ago as broken and which we told you was your responsibility to repair (and which you committed to repairing), was still not repaired. On the other hand, we want to inform you that there have been other repairs in the apartment that the owner has assumed, as indicated by the LAU, such as the replacement of the boiler. With this, we want to insist that we simply work in compliance with the Urban Lease Law. Regards.

Casa llena de grietas , llueve al vecino de abajo , me dicen que no me duché durante 10 días para ver si se arregla por arte de magia y encima llega carta en casa con el aumento del alquiler .. llevo luchando con esto DESDE MARZO ! Ole ole ole! Nos han contactado 4 empleados diferente , desde entonces , y nos han enviado otros tantos arquitectos con opiniones súper diferentes entre ellos … vamos a ver cuánto tiempo más tendré que estar sin baño y con la casa agriétada , mientras NADIE soluciona el problema . Llamas , dejas mensaje en el buzón de voz y nadie te devuelve las llamadas … Pero si contestan a la reseña negativa enseguida . Ojalá se espabilasen igual para arreglar los problemas ! Así nadie pondría malas reseñas …. NB. Pagamos mucho dinero de alquiler cada mes , casi 1400€ 0 recomendables!
Buenos días Gaia, lamentamos que haya vivido esta situación. Primero de todo, en cuanto a las grietas, desafortunadamente se trata de un asunto comunitario, el cual, pese a que lo gestiona otra administración de fincas, estamos mediando e insistiendo para que se gestione el asunto de la forma más rápida posible. En segundo lugar, en cuanto a las filtraciones, en su momento, el seguro (externo a Solfinc) determinó que era un atasco puntual. Al informarnos de las nuevas filtraciones, el mismo día hemos vuelto a notificar al seguro para que lo gestione (nos consta se está gestionando correctamente). En cuanto a la subida del alquiler, se debe actualizar anualmente al 2%, tal y como manda la ley. Aun así, de buena fe, la propiedad te ha atrasado el incremento anual del alquiler una mensualidad. No entendemos las quejas hacia Grup Solfinc pues siempre hemos hecho lo posible para tratar las gestiones lo más rápido posible y de la mejor manera. Saludos cordiales,

Nos sorprende su comentario ya que, cuando un piso se alquila, avisamos a todas aquellas personas que tenían agendada una visita, para no hacerles perder el tiempo. Talvez tenga una llamada perdida de nuestras oficinas intentando ponerse en contacto con usted o con el Sr Matteo para anular la visita. En cuanto a la mala experiencia telefónica, me consta que ha sido al revés de lo que cuenta, y que ha sido usted quien ha faltado al respeto y no nos ha dejado solucionar lo ocurrido. Negative experience: Cancelación de visita a un piso 15 min antes de visitarlo, me hicieron pedir horas libres en el trabajo, desplazarme a 2h de mi domicilio actual.. para ni siquiera tener un encuentro en persona y comunicarme cualquier cosa.. 15 min antes de la cita..
Buenos días, lamentamos que se haya tenido que cancelar la visita. En Grup Solfinc valoramos mucho el tiempo de nuestros clientes y por ello siempre avisamos para confirmar visita o para cancelarlas lo antes posible. Desafortunadamente hemos recibido una reserva y la propiedad ha dado el ok, por lo que hemos cancelado el resto de visitas. De nuevo, le pedidos disculpas por lo sucedido, pues hemos actuado de buena fe.
Negative experience: Te Cojen cita para la semana siguiente, después el día mismo de la visita t e anulan la cita con 15 minutos de antelación. Servicio fatal. Por WhatsApp nadie me respondió, lo bueno es que hay google y se puede valorar. Un consejo, para evitar estos, intentáis cojer los grupos con distancia de unas horas para que dé tiempo para avisar con tiempo. Hay que tener respeto en el tiempo que las personas dedican, y no sólo cobrar honorario de agencia por puro business. Este trabajo es pasión y empatía con el cliente cosa que de verdad no he visto con vosotros. Saludos

Negative experience: Son unos ladrónes. Si alquilais un piso, se van a quedar con vuestra fianza, acusandos de desperfectos que o bien el piso ya tenía o que se han inventado. Viven de mercadear con un derecho básico como es la vivienda
Buenos días David. Le pedimos disculpas si no se han sentido a gusto con el servicio realizado por Grup Solfinc en su alquiler hasta 2019 cuando finalizó el mismo. Siempre hemos realizado la resolución de consultas o incidencias de la mejor forma posible, pues la satisfacción de nuestros clientes es prioritaria. Desafortunadamente, en algunos casos somos simplemente el medio transmisor entre propietario e inquilino, como es en el caso de la fianza, pues la fianza va íntegramente para que el propietario pueda realizar las operaciones de reparación del piso. Es decir, en ningún momento nos lucramos de la fianza. Lamentamos que en su momento no se llegó a un acuerdo satisfactorio con la propiedad. Un cordial saludo.
Fantastic experience: La verdad que fueron trámites muy sencillos y muy rápidos. Nos ayudaron en todo lo necesario y nos dieron apoyo a todas nuestras dudas, tanto Sonia, la chica de la oficina como Santiago a la hora de enseñarnos el piso.

Fantastic experience: Alquilé mi primer piso en Barcelona gracias a Solfinc. Son profesionales de verdad. Me ayudaron mucho y siempre contestaban rápido y con claridad cuando tenía preguntas. En 2 años no he tenido ningún problema. Nuestro agente era Alex Gómez y es el mejor. Es que al principio no hablaba Español y no sabía nada de cómo alquilar un piso en Barcelona, Alex me tenía mucho paciencia y nos ayudó perfectísimo!

Fantastic experience: Aunque los precios y comisiones estén por encima de los de mercado, el trato, la atención y el servicio recibido por parte del equipo que atiende al cliente lo justifica. Personalmente me sorprendió al principio pero después, la profesionalidad que me han demostrado y el seguimiento de cualquier incidencia que llevan a cabo, hacen que no le de importancia a la diferencia que cobran respecto a otras empresas similares. Altamente recomendable! (y solo soy un inquilino, no trabajo allí)

Fantastic experience: Gestión de todo el proceso rápido, sencillo y muy fluido. Desde el momento en el que contacté con ellos me dieron cita para ver la plaza muy rápido y con mucha flexibilidad. Durante la visita Santiago fue puntual, claro y conciso con toda la explicación detallando toda la información.
