Fantastic experience: Hace unos meses tuve que buscar una agencia para vender un piso en la zona Lepanto/Rosselló, visité varias por este barrio, pero al conectar con Redpiso Sagrada Familia los elegí a ellos ya que la información que tenían en cuanto a precios y enfoque de la venta me convenció enseguida. Tomaron medidas del piso, montaron un film de todo el apartamento que despues podia ofrecerse al posible interesado además de visitarlo. Lo vendieron a un precio máximo de mercado de manera rápida contando con su asesor inmobiliario que en nuestro caso fue Laura, persona muy próxima y educada dispuesta a favorecer la venta tanto por la información que disponen de posibles compradores como por su amabilidad.

Negative experience: Pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos, compramos un piso con esta agencia, y además de que tardaron muchísimo tiempo en hacerlo todo nos engañaron, nos enseñaron el piso rápido y sin opción de revisar nada, la sorpresa fue que al entrar todo estaba roto, nos hemos tenido que gastar un dineral en arreglar cosas que según su anuncio estaba y estaba en perfecto estado, llamas y no contestan, y las pocas veces que contestan es pra decirte que te apañes. Además me hicieron sentir horriblemente durante el proceso de compra. Jamás recomendaría esta agencia, sobretodo cuando entra Laura a " ver que todo está bien " ! En fin, lo que debería ser un momento feliz ellos lo convirtieron en uno de los peores de mi vida! Son falsos, mentirosos, hipócritas y estafan, solo piensan en su mega comisión, y una vez cobrada, buscate la vida!

Negative experience: Les dejé un encargo de alquiler de un piso. Un piso que se alquila en 1 mes, ellos tardaron 4 meses. El primer perfil que me presentaron había falsificado las nóminas de trabajo y me dijeron que su seguro de impago había dado el visto bueno. El segundo perfil que me presentaron lleva 5 meses sin pagarme el alquiler y no han sido capaces de echarme una mano ni con el burofax de reclamación de deuda ni con asesorarme en qué hacer. Llevo esperando más de un mes que la responsable de la oficina me devuelva las llamadas. No lo recomiendo para nada, muy poco profesionales.
