Fantastic experience: Знакомство с агентством Valencia Rusa произошло случайно, просто погуглил. Никакой рекомендации не было, что конечно заставляло быть в режиме повышенной бдительности. А с какими еще чувствами можно выбирать квартиру в незнакомой для тебя стране с опытом взросления в России в лихие 90-ые. Скажу сразу, мне повезло с риэлтором. Через несколько часов я понимал, что в нахожусь в надежных руках профессионала, у которого за плечами 20 летний опыт проживания в стране, классное российское образование и 100% мужской ум. Выслушав внимательно все мои пожелания, Юлия отбросила все пустые варианты, которые отнимают время и не приводят к результату и показала мне 3 квартиры. Выбор был сделан уже на следующий день. Впереди были довольно сложные юридические хитросплетения, которые показались мне совсем не сложными по той же причине - опыт и вовлеченность в процесс моего риэлтора. Не вдаваясь в детали, скажу, что сделкой доволен полностью и буду рекомендовать агентство и непосредственно Юлию всем своим друзьям и знакомым.
