Negative experience: Only use this agency if you are in desperate need for accomodation, it costs nothing for them to take your deposit and you will have to sue the landlord to get it back and that will take months... you will win but this is their standard business model, be warned.

Negative experience: Good evening everyone, I have already commented on this page but I feel compelled to do it again from my boyfriend's account, as the lady deliberately took it stating that he lived with me, something totally false, along with all the other claims she made probably convinced that I couldn't respond. First of all, I am very sorry that you couldn't upload the photos, you should know that the owner of the house, if you don't close the door, enters your room and makes videos without your knowledge or permission, so be very careful and make sure to close the door with two locks. She has already responded to my review but I still haven't received the photographic evidence that was promised to me or the remaining part of my money (€80), even though two months have already passed. After my review, I received threats from the lady, saying she would circulate my photo to all agencies in Spain to ensure I wouldn't find a place to live, forcing me to change cities. I am still trying to understand what kind of comfort she is talking about, maybe the air conditioning that has never been repaired prevents me from sleeping at night, or the shower that leaked water and every time flooded the bathroom and we had to dry it as if we were on a ship and had been hit by a cannon, or the cleaning staff that left dirt in the corners and we had to pick it up? As soon as I caused the damage, I immediately notified her to repair it by sending messages to the lady, obviously receiving no response but maybe, she is completely right, for less than €450 you can't find any builder to repair a hole that is not even 5 cm. I do not complain but I am talking about facts, I know it may bother you, but I advise you to learn from mistakes instead of blaming me for your problems. To receive good things, you have to give the same, and in my case, I have only received so much incompetence and rudeness. I wish you nothing, but I hope that students like me do not end up in the clutches of characters like this. P.S. I spoke personally with the housemates and they confirm that my behavior never bothered them (confirmed by the fact that I received their approval in the first review I made), another lie, this one and many others, but now I have gotten used to it.

Negative experience: I came to study in Spain and unfortunately I came across this agency that caused me a lot of problems. The first period was fine (even though throughout the period I asked to fix the air conditioning in my room because at night it made an unbearable noise that kept me awake and the response I received was to keep it off) but the real problem came when I had to leave. When I took my things out of the room, including a hanger that I had stuck to the wall, a small piece of the wall came off, easily repairable for 50 €. Once I left the house, they responded that they would let me know and from that moment on, for a whole month I heard nothing from anyone, despite writing on WhatsApp; they read my messages without replying. After a month, I received a bill for 450 €, and in disbelief, I immediately called the owner who, after many unanswered calls, accused me of having smoked inside the room and that therefore they would have to change all the walls, the bed, the curtains, the pillows, and the sheets. This is ABSOLUTELY false; I asked for evidence of this nonsensical and unfounded accusation and until now (1 month later) I still haven't received anything, not even a response. They claim to be the best tenants in Valencia (so excellent that after two days in the room they insisted that I leave a 5-star review here on Google). I don't know if I've received this kind of treatment because I'm a foreigner, but I recommend that you be very careful because every excuse is valid to make you pay for something, as it has also happened to other people I know who made the same mistake I did by choosing this agency.

Negative experience: Very bad agency where the price of a single room <10m2 is insanely high, of course to take as much money from you. You pay a deposit with them and you agree to everything in the contract, and when you leave they won’t give it back because you are apparently violating the contract. I hated the period of living there and I strongly disadvise you to rent with them!
