Negative experience: A terrible service from Juani González. After scheduling a visit, I asked to leave work early to go with my young children, and on the day of the visit, I showed up only to find out that the apartment was not available. An incredible lack of professionalism, which could have been resolved with a phone call.
We regret the incident, Roberto. The issue arose when he canceled his initial visit, which allowed that property to be booked. Our sales representative did not have updated information regarding that property, right at the time of his visit change.

Negative experience: Antes de firmar las arras todo maravillosa, con las arras firmadas ya solo les interesa llegar a la notaría, y nada de cumplir con lo acordado. Espero que no tengas la mala suerte de que te guste una de las viviendas que llevan en exclusiva.

Negative experience: Muy mal servicio, cuidado con el contrato de arras. Me paso un caso similar como el anterior comentario. Ocultan la verdad. No hacen el mismo servicio para el vendedor que para el comprador siendo que pagamos un 3% el comprador y es más de lo q piden la mayoría de inmobiliarias. Caro y cero recomendable.

Le agradecería que nos especificara en que operación ha trabajado con nosotros porque no nos consta dicha información. Sentimos que haya podido ser un comentario equivocado por su parte, por eso le pedimos amablemente que nos indique los datos de la operación de la que habla.
Negative experience: Ocultaron informacion hasta despues de las arras, no se si pensar si tenian un negocio con el vendedor para embolsarse parte de ella. Desconfiar y acertareis. Tras un largo tiempo tratando con inmobiliarias, sin duda la peor de todas, en transparencia y comision
Negative experience: los pisos horribles!! en los peores barrios .. y hacen perder el tiempo por que quieren nominas 3 veces mayor al precio de los alquieres que ofrecen .. una locura !!
