Negative experience: Me querían hacer firmar una oferta de compra sin ni siquiera avisar que el local tenía defectos estructurales. Muy profesionales.
Hola Fredy, nosotros trabajamos del modo siguiente: 1) respondemos a la solicitud de información y cuadramos cita para ver inmueble 2) visitamos inmueble donde hablamos de todos los detalles sobre gastos, derramas, cargas y desperfectos etc. 3) pasamos oferta oficial de potencial cliente al propietario donde aclaramos plazos y condiciones de compraventa para evitar molestias innecesarias de los clientes poco serios. Antes de la visita del local hemos compartido contigo la información comercial sobre la situación con inquilino, todos los gastos y descuento aplicable al precio del local por desperfecto estructural. Negative experience: Servicio horrible y poco profesional. Reservamos un local en Ruzafa nos metieron prisa para pagar la reserva y a pocos días de entrar al local nos dejan colgados con todo lo que ello supone para un negocio. NO son de fiar, no cumplen con su palabra ni con los contratos.

Las reservas sirven para parar visitas del inmueble para que luego las partes tranquilamente lleguen a un acuerdo sobre detalles del futuro contrato de arrendamiento. Tras varias consultas el propietario consideró que tu tipo de negocio le podría causar problemas. Por eso decidió no formalizar el contrato de arrendamiento. El mismo día te devolvimos la reserva. Otra vez te pedimos disculpas por lo ocurrido. Un saludo
