Fantastic experience: We had the best experience with Agencia Med (AM), and especially with Alina, our agent. Communication was fast, they were very accommodating, and most of all, they work within what the law prescribed! They did not charge us with agency fee unlike a more "popular agency" who said they will charge us 1 month if we decide to go with their listing. The contract they drafted was also fair to both parties. No monkey business. Alina of AM has been very helpful also with us who have limited Spanish speaking skills. She was very patient in explaining to us the contract, requirements, and other things. We felt confident, we didn't need to hire a gestor or another middle person. She was not pushy and also did not look down on us. I have already recommended this agency to our friends. I would go to them again first if I have another inmobiliaria need in the future.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say that a few days ago I sold my property through this real estate agency. I am very satisfied with the speed, professionalism, and treatment we received. Especially Amparo, who has been very professional and always willing to accommodate all the visits that arose. We felt very comfortable with her, a very approachable person. You can tell the people who love their job. I recommend Mediterranean Agency 100%.

Negative experience: They charged us 6,000 euros and did not advise us on anything, neither for the mortgage nor to help us when changing the water, electricity, or any service associated with the property. They only showed us the apartment and that was it, while other competing real estate agencies do help you with the transfer of service ownership and other arrangements.

Positive experience: We made a home purchase here. The attention from Susana was very good, very attentive, a 10. I did miss more attention towards the buyer, knowing that the apartment was with multiple real estate agencies and that they could have lost it. I'm not saying that Susana was the one who didn't do this, quite the opposite, she was super attentive to everything and negotiating with the seller clauses for the deposit, but it is the company policy they have to always please the seller (although this is what all real estate agencies do, I want to understand). Finally, after making the purchase and paying the fees, I understood that for the amount of fees (almost 7,000), they should at least handle the change of the electricity and water company, or advise me on the procedures to be done.
