Fantastic experience: Después de la muerte de mi abuela heredé un piso en Valencia, y los chicos de Helice se ocuparon de todas las gestiones y me alquilaron el piso en menos de 1 mes. Se llevan 1 mes de comisión (como todas) pero el trato, le eficiencia y la comodidad que me ofrecieron no lo prestan otras inmobiliaria. Sin duda repetiré siempre con ellos... :)

Negative experience: Unos cantamañanas,una mujer de esta inmobiliaria,me convenció que tenía varios inquilinos que querían alquilar la vivienda, vino para ver la vivienda,me hizo firmar un contrato y después ya no dio señales de vida, ni inquilinos,ni contestar a watsap. Definitivamente NO RECOMENDABLE hay mil inmobiliarias que trabajan mejor sin engañar a la gente.

Negative experience: Mala gestión de un inmueble, le bajan el precio sin consultar y al decir que mantenemos el precio inicial se ofenden por no "colaborar" con ellos, mejor trabajar con otros desde nuestra opinión. Gracias

Negative experience: Buenos días, después de visitar la vivienda la cual me cuadraba para mis necesidades, debido a razones personales me resulta imposible realizar la venta, por lo que aunque haya entregado unas arras penitenciales de 2000€, las cuales pierdo, esta inmobiliaria me envía una carta de su abogado para que proceda al pago del 3% + IVA sobre el inmueble que iba a comprar. Por lo que me exigen 7200€+IVA=8712€. Entiendo que si compro la casa los pague, pero al no comprarla, no tiene razón de ser. Por lo tanto tener cuidado con este tipo de actuaciones, ya que Las arras penitenciales son las únicas que no obligan al cumplimiento del contrato..
