We had agreed to meet at 6:30 PM and no one shows up, nor does anyone give any signals. Like everyone, we can have an unforeseen event or a lapse; I call the two available numbers I have for them up to three different times. No one answers the phone. At 7:00 PM, we decide to leave, very angry for having invested our afternoon in 'professionals' who do not even bother to give an explanation or answer the calls. I hope this review serves to prevent people who schedule a visit with them, or even those who trust and leave their apartment in their hands, from wasting their time or money (both are equally valuable) on this real estate agency.

We were interested in purchasing a property from this real estate agency, and for that, we scheduled a visit on Tuesday, July 23rd at 6:30 PM. We were there until 6:45 PM, and no one showed up. Since no one is exempt from unforeseen circumstances, we called the agency's mobile phone 4 times and they didn’t answer. Around 8:00 PM, Soraya called us, and we scheduled a new visit for July 26th at 12:00 PM. Can you imagine what happened? Exactly, it’s 12:40 PM, no one has shown up to show us the apartment and they also haven’t answered the calls made to the agency’s mobile. No one is exempt from setbacks, but when we don’t even respond to the phone, it says a lot about their professionalism. 0% recommended.

I called them because I was interested in an apartment, we set a day and time, they don't show up, the owner of the apartment comes down and asks me if we're waiting to see the apartment. They tell her that they didn't notify her about a visit, but since she is a good person, she shows it to me. They still don't notify me that they're not going to show up and they don't call me back. Then you find out that since it was almost reserved, they didn't care about the other clients. What they don't understand is that I might be interested in another apartment of theirs, and due to that rude detail, I didn't even call them to see the other apartment. To this day, I still know nothing. I would never look at anything with them; above all, seriousness and considering that other people's time is valuable. I am clear that if I had liked that apartment, I wouldn't have counted on them to buy it from the lady.

I moved out three months ago and two weeks ago I received an Aquavall bill since I was still the account holder (Soraya told me she would take care of all the changes and procedures as the real estate agent). After trying to contact Soraya several times with no response for TWO WEEKS, I finally managed to get them to cancel my account. I am still waiting to hear from them, as I was charged a bill for someone else, so they owe me money. I do not recommend this real estate agency at all, and even less dealing with Soraya as she talks a lot but has ZERO professionalism; once she makes her money, she forgets about you.

Negative experience: Con esta inmobiliaria nunca busqueis piso, la persona que atiende es borde, grosera y opina de la vida de las demás personas sin saber. Vieja grosera, y borde no sé para qué le han dado trabajo en servicio al cliente si no sabe usted de educación. Debería irse a su casa a hecharse en el sofá para que así no tenga que coger el teléfono y dar informaciones y dejar el puesto libre a alguien que si aprecie el trabajo.

Negative experience: No tenía pensado dejar la reseña, pero dado todos los demás comentarios que he visto, y que dicen lo mismo que pienso yo, creo que es lo más sensato para ayudar a otras personas ... Llamé interesándome por un piso en alquiler, y ya desde el principio la actitud por teléfono deja mucha que desear ... Una vez terminé la conversación informándome un poco más de lo que explicaba el anuncio.... decido concretar una cita para poder ver el piso. A partir de hay, empieza un sin fin de preguntas, como si fuese un interrogatorio. Lógicamente soy consciente de que es su función, y que hay una serie de requisitos que se debe cumplir previamente,para un posible trámite futuro... Pero que te digan de mala forma; OLVIDATE DEL PISO con una actitud grosera, después de comentar mi situación laboral y mis ingresos...que quieres que diga, me parece muy poco profesional. Que pretenden? Tener unos ingresos mensuales de 3000€? Ya no es ese echo, sino la forma en decirlo.

Muchos problemas para la devolución de la fianza Nada recomendable Tuve que enviarle una carta de un abogado para conseguir que me devolvieran la fianza y aún así tardaron dos meses en devolverla, una vergüenza Evitarla en lo posible

Negative experience: Le pongo una estrella por no ponerle -4 , no devuelven la fianza nunca y hacen firmar contratos y papeleo ilegal que ellos se inventan , total que te acaban robando la fianza de cualquier manera, una vergüenza , pésimo servicio y atención al cliente , no recomiendo ni a mí peor enemigo , son unos ladrones....

Negative experience: La inmobiliaria menos profesional que conozco. Fuimos a ver un piso y todo fue bien, nos comentó que esa misma semana nos diría algo y no obtuvimos respuesta. Tras llamadas, mensajes e emails, fue totalmente ignorado nuestro interés por alquilar un piso. Todo era tan sencillo como decir que no era el piso indicado y que se buscarían otras alternativas, pero ni se dignó a cerrar la conversación con sus CLIENTES. Pésimo negocio, y no dudaré en dejar la reclamación correspondiente. No dejen sus inmuebles a cargo de esta persona.
