Fantastic experience: My experience has been very good. Carolina, with the help of Felix, managed the process of renting an apartment of mine in a very professional manner. No objections to the treatment and dedication to the matter.

Negative experience: This agency and the person called Nuria who works there as a professional have nothing, if you don’t quickly follow their lead they threaten you. Additionally, they charge a month’s fee in cash to avoid VAT and thus defraud money from the tax office. It is not advisable to go to this office for any type of management.

Negative experience: They have a property listed on Idealista. I called three times on different days and the salesperson is not there, they take my details and don’t call me back. WHAT A SALES PERSON YOU HAVE WORKING! If the business were mine, they would already be fired. Ahh I have already purchased the property directly from the owner.

Negative experience: As of today, almost a year after the publication of article 20 of the LAU, this agency is still posting ads like the one below. It definitely deserves an inspection and fine.
