Negative experience: Hello, I was looking at an apartment with them, they notified me late, poorly, and regarding the company, the organization is terrible, they have no humility because first they tell you one thing and then they do another, they don't know how to treat people, they answer the phone when they want and have no coordination. We liked a property, we wrote to them on WhatsApp to ask how to make the reservation and we didn't get a response. It is the worst real estate agency I have been to by far. I remind the owner that this is an opinion based on my experience.

Negative experience: I tell my experience that happened a few moments ago. We scheduled an appointment today to see an apartment in Arganda del Rey at 11 in the morning. When I arrive there at 11, the person before me, who had an appointment at 10:30, just arrived because she got lost. I go in first since I believe it's my turn to visit and I have to return to my work. Right there, I see the apartment and tell Elisa that I will take it. I suggest making the reservation right then and there, but she says, 'you have to do that with Jesús or at the offices.' I call from the landing, and Jesús doesn't answer the phone. The guy from the offices tells me that there's no problem and that Jesús will call me now to take care of everything... Jesús doesn't call me, and after 20 minutes, I call him. He tells me that the girl from the first visit is also interested (he's going to call Elisa to see what happens). No one calls me back, and I call again to express my displeasure. Jesús tells me that the girl made the reservation for €2,000. What should happen is that if the first person who goes makes the reservation, at least those of us who come later should be informed, if not before going... there at the apartment, to know what to expect. My experience has been very bad since they don't inform each other that an apartment is reserved and show it without saying it's already reserved. This is certainly not my fault, and I think something fails in that sales process because the first girl gets the account number from the office, and I don't? Why do they show the apartment if it has already been reserved? Why when you call the office do they not know if it is reserved? Does the girl who supposedly reserves not call Elisa to tell her that she wants it? I see many gaps, and I see poor management.

I suppose it's because they are not very eager to sell, as I always see one of their agents playing games on the computer whenever I pass by the office. A lack of professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Last year, after getting informed with many real estate agencies in the neighborhood to sell a property of mine, I chose IBIZA 32 and I do not regret it, I will do it again if I have the chance. They use traditional selling methods, not strange modern methods imported from Saxon countries aimed at basically robbing you blind. Their commission is very reasonable, they inspire trust, they are serious, they know the area like the back of their hand, they look out for the seller and their interests, they are polite, super professional, and kind. I wish everyone in all professions were like this.

Negative experience: Unos jetas impresionantes. Me hacen pagar 3000 euros para reservar un piso, con un supuesto contrato de arras que luego resultó no ser tal. Una semana esperando después de soltar la pasta y me dicen que hay un pequeño problema, y es que el vendedor "quiere parte del dinero en B" y que "no puede entregar el piso hasta dentro de 6 meses". Total, que a duras penas conseguí recuperar los 3000 euros, y por supuesto, ni hablar de devolverme el doble como legalmente habría correspondido... Si tratas con ellos, prepárate a ir con el abogado por delante porque te va a salir cara la broma.
