Fantastic experience: My experience with MEJOCASA has been a 10. On one hand, the tranquility that a serious and reliable company conveys, and on the other hand, and more importantly, the personal treatment received from agent Elena, whom I would highlight for her closeness, empathy, and transparency, as well as all kinds of facilities in scheduling and the rigor and precision of the information provided, encouraged me to go ahead with the purchase and keep Elena among my contacts both professionally and personally.
Negative experience: This agency is not honest, we pay for reservation for apartment, but is was sold for others. Also they asking 4% of commission from buyers!
Dear Olga, Let's do something new and explain everything step by step, as it should be, to break down those frantic 24 hours since your stellar entry into our office, with your firm demand to visit a property "immediately." You know, because our schedules are just for decoration. Although we tried to work miracles to please you, the stars did not align, and, with great regret, we had to schedule the visit for the following morning. The next morning, indeed, you made the visit, knowing that there was already another proposal in progress. Of course, we, with our four offices and more than 15 agents managing their own portfolios, simply wait for someone to come and say "I want it now," and that’s it. After seeing another property, conveniently warned that it had a closed and accepted proposal, you decided that, nevertheless, you wanted to make your offer. As if this were an auction, which, fortunately, is not the case. Even though we insisted that that property was sold, you made it clear throughout the day that you wanted to proceed anyway. By the way, it’s worth mentioning that you visited at 11 in the morning and formalized the proposal around 7 PM. In the meantime, another proposal was signed, which put yours in second place. And of course, since we are radically transparent, we even returned your reservation the next day. Regarding the "delicate" issue of fees (which is not a commission), we charge for doing a job, just like a lawyer, a doctor, or an architect. And to make it more exciting, these fees are based on internal tables and were agreed upon when you signed the visit sheet. Come on, if you didn’t agree, then you neither sign nor visit the property, and I save myself the time of drafting this message to clarify something that was clear from the beginning. But well, if you need any further clarification, our office is still open, delighted to have you for a coffee and calmly discuss the issues you consider appropriate. That said, I wish you a wonderful weekend. We will be here when you need us, since in January we will celebrate 28 years in the market. If we were not honest, perhaps we wouldn’t have made it this far, right? Let’s be happy, life is short, and as you well know, it’s very sad to go around in a bad mood. Best regards.

Fantastic experience: We recently sold a property in the area through Mejocasa and the experience has been positive. Maria Elena, who has been the person we dealt with, is a great professional, she is super nice and attentive, with her everything has been easy and straightforward. It's true that the price for her services is not cheap, but we are satisfied; they found a buyer in (literally) 2 days and took care of absolutely everything, we only went to sign. Our experience has been positive, worthy of recommendation.

Fantastic experience: My experience with them has been very positive. Approachable professionals who have developed a good sales plan for the apartment we entrusted to them; appropriate advice and they guided the entire process to establish a strategy to avoid 'burning' the apartment and achieve a sale at a fair price. It wasn't a process in which they constantly disturbed us: they provide relevant information when they consider it necessary. I would definitely entrust them with the sale of another property.

Negative experience: They criticize the competition and are the same. I went as a buyer, and they asked me for the same fees as the others: 3% + VAT (without warning). Don't criticize when you also do it, just like that... After offering 100% of the sale (260,000), they gave it to someone else...

Negative experience: I called last week to visit a property that the sales representative claimed was available. They have rescheduled the visit twice, claiming they couldn't make it. Today, just a few hours before I could finally go visit it, they called to tell me that it was reserved yesterday.
