Negative experience: Yesterday we went to see an apartment at eight-thirty in the evening, we agreed to send the documentation today. We do not have access to it from home so we had to go to work to collect it. We sent it in the afternoon and when contacting to confirm that it arrived, they told me that since they had not heard from us in the morning, they assumed we were not interested and the owner has already decided. I understand that there are hundreds of interested parties for each apartment they have for sale, but they should also understand that people work to pay for those apartments and in many cases we are not allowed to take the time to send the countless documents they request. I receive a brief 'I'm sorry' in response. Not even 24 hours have passed. Incredible all this.

Negative experience: This morning I called interested in an apartment in Chamberí. An area where I already live and pay a higher rent than the apartment I called about. I found a woman on the phone, whose name is Carmen. This lady must think she is a HR graduate, and if you call, you have to inform her why you want to rent, who you are... without her even talking to you about the apartment first. I had never been in this situation before. A clerk from a real estate agency making value judgments about whether I am valid enough to visit an apartment or not. I was outraged, I was left speechless. I hope this real estate agency does not have more landlords who want to trust them to find tenants. What a shameful employee.

Negative experience: Disrespectful and exclusive. Without even allowing us to see the apartment, they decided to judge for us that the apartment wouldn’t work for us, claiming architectural barriers, which only we can determine what we can overcome (I use a wheelchair). Normally, I solve the barriers for entry or exit, as there are no places that are 100% adapted.

Positive experience: Critical: Professionalism

Negative experience: ¡Qué falta de profesionalidad! Te piden transferencia de dinero antes de firmar ningún documento que acredite que el piso va a ser para ti. Y cuando pides que te formalicen ese documento, se inventan otro pago y demás. Mira que he alquilado casas y casas y nunca me había encontrado cosa igual. Yo ni vuelvo a esta agencia ni haré publicidad de ella. ¡Lamentable!
