Negative experience: Dismal, I feel deceived, it has nothing to do with money, there are things that are priceless like time or health, in short, poor managers and terrible overall... Not recommendable.

Positive experience: We finally closed the sale. Initially, I didn't know how the company operated. They have a good dynamic, as within the company they have several departments to make the process more agile, regarding financing, advertising, etc. Therefore, it is a good concept. However, it is true that for some procedures they took a bit longer than expected and sometimes they couldn't clarify all my doubts. They took quite a while to give me a budget of total expenses, even if it was approximate. Apart from my knowledge, there must have been a reason, as sometimes it was bureaucratic issues and at other times it wasn't. In summary, I think that as a company they do have a good concept, but in reality, it needs refinement, as it can give the impression of not being sufficiently transparent, and that is precisely what they are trying to be from the beginning: clear. I liked the closeness of Juanma and the support from his team. Congratulations on the sale.

Fantastic experience: I am the one who sold the apartment mentioned in the previous review by Coral. It would be unfair of me not to respond to that review as it is not entirely accurate what she states. It is true that it took a long time to have the documentation ready, as there were some administrative issues that neither the real estate agency nor I could imagine. From the beginning, even at the signing of the earnest money contract, this girl was informed that the apartment was awaiting documentation due to an inheritance, which at that time we thought would be quick, and throughout the process she was kept informed of everything. I was even willing to return the deposit. As for the real estate agent, I can only say that he behaved very professionally at all times, acting as a liaison between both parties. Hiring the lawyer ultimately did not help her at all, apart from creating more tension, as everything was being done to solve the issue and enable the sale. It was several months of great anxiety as I needed to sell as soon as possible and she needed her apartment, but it is unfair to blame the real estate agency for that.

Negative experience: THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, DO NOT PAY THEIR COMMISSION BEFORE SIGNING THE MORTGAGE. THEY SELL APARTMENTS WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION. They made me pay their commission in advance and on top of that, I had to spend more money on a lawyer who could solve everything, as if I had to cancel it, I would lose my DEPOSIT and THEIR ALREADY PAID COMMISSION and they provided no solution. They kept me for 7 months trying to buy an apartment they were selling without having the proper paperwork and they did not inform me of this. They made me pay them their commission in advance and sign a document, and since they had charged, they left everything in the hands of the sellers without any follow-up; I was about to lose everything. 7 months without being able to sleep peacefully because of their lack of professionalism thanks to Javier from Grupo UMBRA.
