Negative experience: I have been scammed €3000. When I had the mortgage approved, 10 days before the signing with the notary, they claimed that the deposit date had passed and that I was left without an apartment and without money. I was never informed that the deposit I gave was a down payment or that the document I signed was a firm contract that started to take effect from the signing (I thought it was a preliminary contract) since everything was done via email without anyone sitting down to explain anything to me. I would never have signed it without having the mortgage approved. They take advantage of people's desperation and vulnerability. They acted like thieves and engage in double selling because they told me... that they were not selling it to me and were taking away my reserved apartment money because they had already sold it while my contract was in force with investors who were providing the money at the moment... Never sign anything or give a deposit without demanding clear and transparent information because it is their obligation.

Negative experience: Esquivar los anuncios en idealista y en Fotocasa de Inmobiliaria Madrid. Venden el piso se llevan su comisión pero no retiran el anuncio. Perderás tu tiempo calculando hipotecas,mirando fotos. orientación de la terraza etc... y cuando les llames para verlo no sabrán que piso es y te dirán que esta vendido para colgarte la llamada rápidamente. 3 veces me ha pasado. Ya no me pasara más
