Negative experience: They are a bunch of scammers. They want to charge me €990 in fees for renting an apartment, which is prohibited by law. And they want to make me a one-year renewable contract when it should be five years. What a shame! Boldly disregarding the Housing Law!

Negative experience: As owners, we hired the comprehensive management service and they work with companies that have outrageous prices, and their work leaves much to be desired. Also, I don’t know what the small repairs stated in the contract are that the tenant is responsible for, as in my case, we had to do them ourselves. To top it off, the tenant has burned the extractor hood and the cover of the ceramic stove, and they tell me that it cannot be deducted from the deposit because the appliances are until the end of their useful life. I understand that responsible end of life does not mean setting them on fire. The thing is, I don’t know what the tenant has liability insurance for, since in our case the hood and the cover of the ceramic stove are burned, and it falls on us to replace them. Of course, we will not rent with them again. When they asked us for more information by email after writing the review, we did so.

Negative experience: My experience with them has been brief and terrible. I scheduled an appointment with them to visit a house three days ago. The problem is that the house was rented out on the same day I was supposed to visit it. According to them, they sent me an SMS informing me, but that is not true. I showed up with my partner and after a call I made to them, they told me all of this. In short, wasted time and fuel. And this without having been their client. Honestly, I don't understand why they charge you a month's worth of 'management fees' when they have really started off badly with us.

Fantastic experience: Some time ago I had the bad experience of renting my apartment without any kind of guarantee. Not only did we have to deal with an eviction (which is not pleasant at all, to be honest), but they also damaged part of the apartment. With rental insurance, I have no problems and I am very happy with their service. The truth is that I highly recommend it, especially if you want to avoid problems with tenants who don't pay.

Negative experience: I find it shameful that a commission is still charged to the tenant, as the law states otherwise. They sell it to you as a service they provide, which in reality nobody needs. That service is provided to the owner. In short, a complete scam; this type of agency that bypasses the law without any penalty should disappear.

Negative experience: As an owner, I felt deceived. With the comprehensive management, they sent me an outrageous bill and when I requested justification for the working time and materials, they couldn't provide it. And when I asked for a complaint form, they told me that it couldn’t be directed at them, even though it was their service, but rather at the worker. It makes no sense. Negative experience: They are clever, they ask for 4 installments, 2 deposits, 1 month in advance, and they keep the other one, besides that, it’s + VAT. It is supposed that according to the new law they shouldn't do that, 0 recommended.

Negative experience: They call you interested in renting an apartment and tell you the conditions. Against the law, they say they charge fees. You tell them that the new law states that the owner pays for this. They reply that their fees are because they offer an administrative management service like changing the name on the utilities... etc etc (basically, now they disguise the agency fee as this service to charge the tenant anyway). I tell them that I do not need these services nor do I want to hire them, and they tell me that if not, I cannot rent the apartment. I told them that then they do NOT OFFER, but rather FORCE THE TENANT TO PAY A MONTH + VAT FOR THIS SERVICE, also illegally since they cannot force anyone to contract anything. Tremendous scammers!

Al día de hoy, iniciando contratos y otros con Alquiler Seguro, no me arrepiento. Perfecto el trato con el comercial Ramiro. Rápido y eficaz. Así mismo el resto de componentes qué me contactaron telefónicamente, u otros medios. Vamos, estamos iniciando este nuevo recorrido, pero percibo que todo será así de eficaz. Que todo sera igual de satisfactorio. Cómo dato para resaltar. Iniciamos conversaciones, y en apenas cuatro días ya Tenía un inquilino interesado, y firmamos contrato para entrar en siete días.

Fantastic experience: Personal muy eficiente. Alquilaron el piso de mi propiedad rápidamente, tras un buen asesoramiento en el precio de mercado por el comercial, Miguel. La gestora que llevo el contrato, Noelia , fue igualmente rapida y eficaz, con explicaciones claras del proceso. Muy satisfecho como propietario.

Fantastic experience: Muy contenta como PROPIETARIA. Ramiro, nuestro comercial, un gran profesional con muchos conocimientos relativos a su campo, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Siempre disponible y un trato excelente. En tan solo dos semanas consiguieron alquilarla. Por otro lado Georgina, responsable del área de Formalización, ha sido muy amable en todo momento. Este es nuestro comienzo con ellos, y les estamos muy agradecidos.

Negative experience: Un gasto de energía y tiempo tremendos. Tuve que llamar reiteradas veces por los errores y la falta de envio de documentación a un día de entregar el piso. Aun así siguen subsistiendo faltas no solo en la comunicación entre comercial- sector administrativo sino en la documentación a enviar. Una falta de previsión, gestión y compromiso con el cliente total. Demasiadas exigencias al inquilino y poco cumplimiento del otro lado. Todavia me queda ver que sucede en el año de contrato.

Negative experience: Te piden 200 euros para reservar que al final se convierten en 208€ y no te reservan nada, yo los pague y al día siguiente me dijeron que ya el piso fue aprobado para otro cliente
