Negative experience: We bought an apartment through the agency, and although the treatment was very good and they seemed friendly and professional, they hid from us that in the community where we live there are ground floors with squatters. We found out in later neighbor meetings that they have been suffering from it for years and are looking for ways to solve it. Obviously, if we had known, we would have reconsidered the purchase, and of course, the value of the property would have been lower since this situation devalues its price.
