Negative experience: Ufff, exhausted with this company.... I've been managing the new contract for the tenant since before summer, but you have to keep on top of things continuously, call after call it can take a month.... And if you are behind them!!! If not, nothing happens!!! You are supposed to pay (and not a little) for them to take care of things, but I see that they don't. I'm starting to trust little that if there were a problem with payments... they would deal with it. Since the beginning of September with emails and calls.... That's it already! If you have a house, look for another company!!!!! The guys are friendly and nice of course, but I think they work without order, without control.....

When there were problems, they completely disregarded everything, as they said they didn't communicate with the insurance companies and I had to resolve everything myself. They also charge €15 per month for management, and all of this is charged to the future tenant. They should be more than reported. DO NOT EVEN THINK about signing any contract with them: starting because the contracts are crippling for the tenant, they have very small print, and it turns out that as the months go by, all that comes out. They leave the tenant and the owner in a bad position because they do not take responsibility for their responsibilities and the same owner has to solve them. The harassment via email is unbelievable and unacceptable, they are irresponsible with the management and make mistakes, and then they want to blame you and charge you. You have to fight them for the deposit because they do not want to return it, they deliver the properties in bad condition, they want to charge you abusive and nonsensical fines, and don’t even get me started on the personal treatment at the agency... unfriendly, rude people and more... simply a SHAME do not hesitate to file a complaint in consumer affairs.

They want to charge us for breaching a 1-year contract (from September 1 to August 31) saying that there are two days left to finish the contract!! Either they can't count or they are trying to steal from us. They are extremely irresponsible in their management and constantly make economic errors in their favor. They have spelling mistakes when writing, they don't know how to express themselves. They do not attend to the incidents. They bombard you with calls and emails when it is in their interest, but there is no way for them to get in touch with you when you need it. And they keep lining their pockets at the expense of others.

Negative experience: Recently, we rented an apartment with them, and they delivered the apartment super dirty, with clogged pipes without prior inspection before handing us the keys. Not to mention the bad and terrible management of the previous contract. Once we moved in, we reported issues within the specified timeframe that were wrong, and they take no responsibility because they refer us to the owner. The post-contract service is terrible with a lot of arrogance. Seven months later, we are still battling to get the apartment in good condition.

They refuse to return my deposit after the damages caused by the tenant, similarly they owe me 3 months' rent that they refuse to pay without any reason, don't bother sending a burofax to the headquarters because they don't collect it.
