Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia , no recomiendo Acción inmobiliaria , me he sentido engañada. En primer lugar el gestor que me atiende en todo el proceso de la compra de una casa que en el registro de la propiedad aparece como local, me hace creer que existe la posibilidad de cambio de uso y tuve que averiguarlo yo personalmente en el ayuntamiento que no se puede. Por otro lado me hace firmar el contrato de arras el día de antes de que se marchara de viaje diciéndome que era una condición de los propietarios en el acuerdo para fijar el precio. Sigo adelante y hace que mande al banco tasar la propiedad, cuando al ser local solo te dan el 60% de financiación y ademas le había contado de los ahorros que disponía cosa que no se lo tengo porque decir y aun así me hace creer que me llega el dinero para comprar diciéndome que el no sabe el precio que tiene el lugar. En definitiva , me han hecho perder mi tiempo y mi dinero, menos mal que se me termino el contrato de trabajo y anule toda la operación y me tuvieron que devolver el dinero de señal que había anticipado porque al descubrir que no se podía cambiar el uso y el valor de tasación no me interesaba para nada adquirir esa propiedad, pero me han hecho perder el dinero que me ha cobrado el banco por la tasación sin necesidad.

Negative experience: De las peores empresas con las que he tenido la mala suerte de tratar. Me acerqué a su oficina a dejarles un piso en alquiler, y en primer lugar el comercial que me atiende estaba comiendo en su mesa, no tenía idea de que decirme, quieren cobrar por todos lados tanto a propietario como inquilino. Luego viene el otro señor diciendo ser el responsable muy prepotente tratando de negociar los honorarios. En fin si queréis un pésimo servicio Accion inmobiliaria es vuestra empresa.
