Negative experience: I arranged a visit with them, and before that, I asked if the price of the property was negotiable. They told me it was a little bit, but yes. After seeing the apartment, I stopped to talk to the sales representative about the possibilities of negotiation, but she didn't want to listen to me. She constantly interrupted me saying that the price was not negotiable, even though I wanted to make an attractive and reasonable offer and asked her to please pass it on to the seller. The representative refused to listen and told me not to waste her time, so I couldn't present my offer and lost half the morning because she arrived late to the visit.
