Fantastic experience: Both Nico and Oscar are great professionals but above all, great people. From the moment they showed us the house we wanted, they presented everything as it was, without any feeling of wanting to embellish things just so we would buy. Our situation was particular since we first had to sell in order to buy, and from minute one, they were on it. Within a week they had sold our house and we were able to process everything to acquire the purchase of the other. They were 100% involved with a peculiar buying operation. They explained everything in detail and were willing to answer at all times. Excellent service and 100% recommendable. You can tell it's a family business as they are very familial and treat you as such. Negative experience: A long time behind a flat for which they did not provide information, they were not clear and it seemed like they did not want to sell. They arrived late to the appointment, without the keys... Oscar kept giving us the runaround and was supposedly talking to the owners to propose our offer. He never did. He made up the data. I managed to speak with the owners and buy the flat WITHOUT ANY MANAGEMENT FROM THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY. I saved the €8000 commission and the €15000 that they were inflating the price with. When I spoke with the owners, elderly people, they were never informed of our offer and did not know how much the price had inflated. They did not understand how they had been without selling and without offers for 2 years. Nothing more to say.
After reading your review and comments, we would like to inform you of the following: the property you acquired through the intermediation of this real estate agency had existing burdens and limitations that needed to be lifted in order to make the sale of the property immediate, with the property not being registered in the name of the seller, which legally hindered its transfer. As of today, neither the fees of this company nor the expenses incurred by the management have been paid by the seller. Our fees at no point reach the amount you claim, and this is evidenced by the document signed with the seller. The sale process was delayed due to the property's registration irregularity, as well as the sellers' refusal to lower the price. We would also like to inform you that the real estate sale management is subject to fees that have been incurred by both the seller and the buyer, which have not been settled as of today, with you acknowledging that you purchased the property through the intervention of this real estate agency. Now you will understand why the sale took so long. It strikes us as very peculiar that you write this review just a few days after the agency's management has claimed the outstanding expenses and fees from the seller, and that you are hiding behind a Google review.

Fantastic experience: Nicolás y sus compañeros nos dieron un servicio insuperable y fueron más allá cuando se lo pedimos, un trato super profesional, cercano. No dudéis en contratar sus servicios en absoluto, merece la pena pagar la comisión ya que conocen el barrio como nadie y la pos-venta la tratan igual como si fuera una pre-venta.

Negative experience: Entre el 3% + IVA al comprador y la mordida que le pegan al vendedor es imposible que saquen adelante ninguna operación sin llevarse una comisión que dificulta mucho llegar a un acuerdo. Imposible hablar por teléfono, todo WhatsApp lo que da pista del poco interés y poca profesionalidad. En nuestro caso usaron nuestra oferta para negociar su comisión al alza con otras personas interesadas. Desconozco cómo le afectó al vendedor. Insisto: no les interesaba la oferta, solo saber si cubriríamos sus “honorarios”. Por otro lado me alegro, porque viendo la forma en la que te informaban habría necesitado un abogado antes de firmar ningún papel con ellos. Con la situación actual veo muy difícil que comisionistas con tan poco interés por las partes favorezcan buenos tratos. Buscando piso hemos tratado con muchas inmobiliarias. Todas tienen sus comisiones y es lógico, pero en base a un servicio bien informado y definido, lo cual no fue el caso. Una lástima, el piso estaba bien.
Estimado señor Javi M Hace 18 años que trabajamos en el sector inmobiliario y jamás fue una dificultad hasta ahora el cobrar ya que es lo mas normal ,trabajar y cobrar es curioso lo que dice porque en tantos años las llamadas nunca fueron un problema ,pues si le interesaba tanto el piso podía haberse presentado en la oficina física hacer la propuesta en precio, acompañado de su abogado . El piso se reservo en menos de 10 días en el precio que se publico. seria interesante tener capacidad de compra. cualquier Orta consulta estaríamos encantados de atenderle .

Negative experience: La experiencia con esta inmobiliaria ha sido pésima. No he llegado a comprar nada con ellos porque no me explicaban las cosas claras. Nunca me dejaron clara la comisión que tendría que pagar, ni si había alguna derrama pendiente.... Por otro lado esta el trato recibido por los trabajadores que me ha parecido que te tratan con aires de superioridad, como si fueras un analfabeto... Si tuviera que vender mi casa desde luego no lo haría con ellos puesto que el trato que dan a los posibles compradores deja mucho que desear
