He waited for us even though we arrived a bit late to the appointment to view the apartment, he helped us with our paperwork for the insurance when many other agencies rejected us for not having a validator or Spanish contract. The whole renting process with them has been very easy and they have been very attentive. Highly recommended!! ❤️

Negative experience: Sad rental experience. I was interested in a property. I let them know and they sent me the conditions via WhatsApp. Among the conditions is that I must pay 768 euros for insurance for which I am not the beneficiary. A legal insecurity insurance that the landlord must take FULL CHARGE of, as they would be the beneficiary. I think it's very dirty that they always try to push these kinds of expenses onto the tenants. Totally disappointed with this agency. Best regards,

Fantastic experience: La atención durante las semanas que ha durado la gestión de Aunnar con la compra-venta de un inmueble ha sido transparente, amable, proactiva y sobre todo eficaz. Hugo Díaz nos ha asesorado en todo momento atendiendo todas nuestras dudas y además, ha buscado opciones para facilitar la operación a ambas partes. Muy recomendable!!

Negative experience: Visitamos un piso y dijimos en el momento de la visita que lo reservabamos. A partir de ahí empezaron los problemas, en el mismo momento diciendonos que nos lo pensaramos mejor, que había muchas probabilidades de que no nos diese el banco la hipoteca (sin tener ninguna información de nuestros ahorros e ingresos), luego pasaron 3 días en los que no nos contestó ninguna llamada ni Whatsapp. Al final, después de una semana nos dice que el piso es de protección y no se puede vender en 15 años, lo cual sabíamos que era falso porque ya estuvimos a punto de comprar una de esas viviendas en fase de construcción y teníamos toda la documentación. No sabemos por qué no nos quiso vender la casa, pero desde el primer momento su actitud fue negativa e irrespetuosa.

Negative experience: Nos han citado para ver un piso de alquiler y después de 45 minutos esperando ahí no se ha presentado nadie ni nos contestaba al teléfono el comercial.

Negative experience: Hay que tener mucho cuidado con ellos. Se hacen pasar por agentes de de una compañía de seguros de alquiler. Tú alquilas el inmueble con ellos con toda la seguridad (que para eso te han cobrado) y cuando tienes problemas con los inquilinos te enteras de que no tienes seguro porque ellos se han quedado con el dinero. Ahora entiendo porque han tenido que cambiar de nombre
