Fantastic experience: I recently bought my house with the guys from Tecnocasa and Kiron Ascao Ciudad Lineal, and I can say that I really enjoyed the process. Far from being overwhelming, they made it very easy and supported me to the maximum in all the procedures that can sometimes be daunting. Special thanks to Kiron's manager Ricardo Sánchez, who was always very close and concerned that everything went fantastic. I must highlight his master classes in finance and mortgages, which helped me a lot to understand the whole process. Jhoussan Elias, the director of the Tecnocasa office, was always attentive to ensure that everything went smoothly without any flaws. Thanks also to Pedro Mena, who made me laugh several times, Rafael, and Javier. Thank you very much for everything! Keep it up!

Fantastic experience: The Tecnocasa office of Emilio Ferrari 89 sold us the apartment in a month and a half and for more than we initially expected to get. Throughout the process, the service from Elías and his team has been spectacular. They even traveled to Portugal to pick up the keys to the property in order to show it, since at that time there was a tenant on vacation in Portugal. Very professional and friendly treatment, available at all times; the truth is that in our case the service has been unbeatable and highly recommended.

Negative experience: A total scam with outrageous commissions and no value. I had a terrible experience. I ended up paying more than €13,000 in commissions: over €6,500 to both Tecnocasa and Kiron Financial Services. It wasn't clear from the beginning that they would charge separate fees. What Kiron does for €6,500, a broker can do for €2,000-3,000, but by the time I realized it, it was too late. As for Tecnocasa, the commission was completely unjustified. They did absolutely nothing after convincing me to work with Kiron; I never heard from them again. At first, they told me that the property was sold furnished and 'as is'. I visited the apartment three times, and it was fully furnished on each occasion. But to my surprise, when I finally moved in, the place was completely empty. It took me a week of fighting and the threat of legal action before they returned the furniture. Supposedly, the property had been 'renovated to the highest standards', and they assured me that I wouldn’t need to make repairs or maintenance. However, since July, I have spent over €5,000 on electrical and air conditioning repairs, and today, October 2, the 'new' washing machine included with the 'new' furniture broke down. To this day, I am still discovering damages. Throughout this whole process, both Tecnocasa and Kiron completely ignored me. I have never felt so scammed, especially after paying over €13,000 in total commissions for nothing from Tecnocasa and overpriced services from Kiron. The only thing I expect in response to this review is another empty apology: the most expensive one in history, costing me over €13,000. *If you are reading this, save yourself the headache and do not work with them.*

Fantastic experience: Buying a house is very complicated, but when you have Santiago by your side, everything becomes easier and the numbers, along with the explanation of each calculation, become more understandable. Fantastic experience: We sold our house with Tecnocasa, having Victor Dominguez as our associated agent. We had a magnificent experience: Very friendly and diligent in the procedures, they took care of all the visits so we could focus on work and our baby, they were very quick in the sale with a large database of clients (less than two weeks) and at the price that we proposed to them. They even handled the capital gain for us. It is evident that saving on commissions means not depleting resources as much, especially if you need to buy another home, but in our case, it was definitely worth it. Negative experience: Entrar en las fincas y llamar puerta a puerta a los vecinos es ILEGAL. En nuestra comunidad ya hemos avisado en muchas ocasiones que no permitimos el acceso y sus comerciales siguen molestando a los vecinos. Dejen de hacer esto, 28017

Negative experience: ¡¡¡OJO!!! Son unos impresentables, te obligan y acosan, a sacar la hipoteca con Kiron. Te presionan ️hasta el punto de mentirte. Mi caso: me dicen que el propietario acepta mi oferta, siempre que firme ✍ con Kiron. Cuando le pregunté al propietario, no sabía quién era kiron. Mayor sorpresa, cuando está oficina le facilitan mi dni sin mi consentimiento, a Kiron para darme de alta en bancos y poder obligarme a hipotecarme con ellos. Cuando yo no autorizo ✍ esto. PODÉIS SACAR LA HIPOTECA CON QUIEN OS DE LA GANA. Que lo sepáis incluso contratar una EPI, para ello.

Negative experience: Menos mal que ha terminado ya la compra del piso. Increíble el acoso por que ellos gestionen todo incluso hipoteca. Aparte unos mentirosos.
