If you don't pay the 7 thousand, they won't let you make an offer. Thus, an apartment for sale with Tecnocasa costs 7 thousand euros less than with another real estate agency, because that commission must be deducted from the price. Please do not list your apartments with these people. They will make you believe they get a good price, but with a more transparent agency, you will get a better deal.

If someone is interested, they should go directly to the office. You are invading private property not just to leave the advertising magazine (that’s what the advertising mailbox on the street is for), you are harassing door to door, ringing the bell several times to get information about the apartment and you don’t want to leave until someone calls the Police. I repeat: This is HARASSMENT and violent behavior. I want peace in my home, not for people to come and bother all the time. Certainly, a place that works this way does not deserve to be chosen in the future if I want to sell my apartment.

Me citan, me dan una explicación confusa del rechazo y me devuelven inmediatamente los 500 euros. Pido el fin de semana para pensarlo. Intercambiamos correos durante el sábado.Concierto una cita el lunes. Llega el lunes. Entonces me comunican media hora antes que durante el fin de semana ha aparecido un comprador. Es decir, no me han dado opción a reaccionar.
