Negative experience: I tried to book an apartment with them, and they didn't let me because there was a couple that 'was thinking' about reserving it. I don't know if they were friends, neighbors, cousins, or whatever of the sales agent, but I didn't like their way of working at all. It seemed quite discriminatory to me without any reason.

As soon as anyone confirms to us that they are interested in any of our properties via message or call after the visit, we respect that interest and give them a period of 24 hours to come and reserve it without taking any more reservations because that is not how we work. We do not prioritize friends, neighbors, cousins, as you say. We treat everyone equally. In any case, from CASA 2000, I apologize if you felt that way, if you want, you can contact us to let us know which apartment you couldn't reserve and see the reason why you couldn't make that reservation. Fantastic experience: Nos acabamos de comprar una casa con ellos y la verdad que todo genial. Negative experience: Alejandro es un mentiroso sin profesionalidad ninguna (no está colegiado) que se niega a devolvernos una señal después de un proceso muy turbio. Está todo en manos de los abogados. Hicimos una oferta formal por un piso y supuestamente iba a ser aceptada, empezamos todos los trámites y cuando nos manda el contrato de arras vemos que falta una cláusula (es una cláusula estándar para protección del comprador que le habíamos mencionado y dado por hecho el día de la oferta), cuando se la pedimos nos dice que el vendedor no la quiere que no lo habíamos pedido en la oferta y nos llegaron a amenazar con la perdida de la señal si no firmábamos lo que el vendedor quería. Por otro lado, le pedí en reiteradas ocasiones que me mandara la aceptación por escrito y no hacía más que darme largas (seguro que estaban con una negociación en paralelo), tanto que la aceptación llegó fuera del plazo que habíamos dado, y cuando llegó, había cambiado a blanco y negro y la fecha de aceptación era falsa y la había escrito Alejandro. Finalmente no llegamos a acuerdo por el contrato de arras y ahora Alejandro se niega a devolvernos la señal pese a que nunca vimos el contrato de arras previamente y la aceptación había sido falsificada y fuera de plazo.

Positive experience: Muy atentos precios razonables
Negative experience: Al final una decepción increíble. Después de firmar el contrato de final de alquiler, hablamos con él sobre un tema que al principio estaba en el piso cuando nos lo enseñó y dijo que ya sabía que eso estaba en el piso. Cuando dejamos el piso y el propietario del piso lo ve (que antes de irnos a vivir nosotros no fue porque solo lo revisó el de la agencia), es algo insignificante con lo que nosotros tuvimos que vivir y nos quiere cobrar 200€, incluso con el documento de finalización de contrato y todo firmado. El propietario de la agencia, Alejandro, nos confirma que tenemos razón, que se acuerda y que se lo comunicará al propietario. Y nos llevamos la sorpresa de que al propietario le ha dicho lo contrario. Así que lo único que le importa es el dinero. Cero integridad y mucho interés. Lo escribo para que si alguien va a alquilar con ellos que lo sepa. Protege al propietario (arrendador) y no al que alquila (arrendatario) que le paga un mes de fianza a la inmobiliaria. Nosotros somos personas que siempre defendemos la verdad, a ver qué podemos hacer. Pero espero que no le pase a nadie más.

Negative experience: No son serios y te dan largas con engaños incumpliendo plazos. No están colegiados en COAPI ni son profesionales acreditados por lo que he podido comprobar. Les tengo puesta una denuncia pendiente aún de resolver. Id con mucho cuidado si no tenéis más remedio que trabajar con ellos.
