Negative experience: This manager is useless, we have been quite disappointed over the years they have managed the community, they leave much to be desired, they always say yes to everything but are not responsible for what they convey, a lot of blah blah, they just want to get paid and not dedicate themselves properly to the community environment, and on top of that, they make mistakes with the management, I do not recommend them at all.

Negative experience: Be careful, their accounting does not respond to serious management, their spreadsheets are a complete disaster and curiously they account to the detriment of their clients. Where does the missing money go?

A year and a half behind him to fix a water leak (it has been 10 years with us for this leak because it doesn't take a year and a half for the cement block to rot) which has caused the ceiling of our premises to rot and here we are still waiting for a simple response, and you have to call him to remind him over and over again, it's a shameful management, but to collect his €2000 (just for these properties), that's when he extends his hand. Every day we take out 3 buckets of 15 liters and the worst part is that he rehabilitates the facades of other premises and leaves us with the leak and the ceiling falling apart, a SHAME.

Negative experience: Hacen poco o nada para lo que cobran, y parece presuntamente que son un poco piratas... o bien ellos o bien las empresas que envían para arreglar cosas en la comunidad de vecinos.
