My partner and I had to move earlier than expected and they didn't pose any problems; on the contrary, they did everything possible to make it happen, and they succeeded! Negative experience: NOT PROFESSIONAL Yesterday morning I contacted them to visit an apartment and they confirmed the viewing for 4:15 PM. At 3:15 PM, they sent me a message saying they had an issue in the office. By that time, I had already canceled my afternoon meetings and had gone down to the center of Palma. I saw the message at 4 PM and wrote to them for an explanation, and someone working there told me that the agent who was supposed to show me the apartment had health issues and that they would contact me on Thursday to offer another viewing. After complaining and insisting on my point of view that they cannot notify me an hour before and not have another agent available, someone responded very reluctantly saying: 'ok, I’m on my way.' So, I told them I could be there in 15-20 minutes, and they reprimanded me, replying that the appointment was at 4:15 PM, a time that had already passed due to the exchange of messages and lack of professionalism. A disaster. They are very unprofessional and rude.

Negative experience: We have been interested in some of their properties. We have tried to contact this Real Estate Agency over and over again through the past year, on mail their website formular, their Idealista and Fotocasa ads and by phone. Not one single reply back, nor do they pick up the phone. Answer to the owner: Before writing something that is simply not true, sir! Please, remember that both Fotocasa and Idealista saves conversations and contact. I have several outgoing mails to the email you yourself mention too. Plus a phone-record of countless calls to the number you just listed. I have at least 10 cases of proven contact to your business, black on white! You have both my business email, phone number and private phone number many times over! I find this approach very unprofessional!

Y para poder ir, nos han pedido toda la documentación de nóminas, contratos y demás que se pide al día de hoy para demostrar solvencia, ya que el piso tenía mucha demanda. 2 semanas después, estamos esperando una confirmación, una respuesta o algo con respecto a todo lo enviado. No hay que perder el tiempo con agencias, que no tienen tiempo para devolver un mail a un cliente. Con nosotros también ganan dinero. No nos hacen ningún favor al alquilarnos un piso.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE! Hace más de dos semanas, fuimos a ver una casa, y aún estamos esperando a que nos den respuesta. Mienten y dicen que el piso está listo y ahora dicen que aún no ha dado respuesta el propietario porque se está pintando. Estamos cansados de esperar! Además, no te llaman para notificarte de nada y les hablas y ni contestan al whatsapp. Su contestación es que vayamos mirando otros pisos. Un desastre!!!

Negative experience: No respetan el turno que ya es de risa, y por cierto estaría bien que revisaran las webs amigas de alquiler de pisos porque por la plataforma airbnb a través de un enlace fraudulento han estado intentando alquiler su mismo piso alguien que se hace pasar por la dueña.
Negative experience: No lo recomiendo para nada. Nada profesionales haciendo si trabajo. 1- No respetan el turno del cliente. 2- No devuelven las llamadas Nos dieron su palabra en un piso y ni siquiera nos llamaron para decirnos nada.
