The entire explanation was done at a very high professional level, with clarity and transparency, listening to our expectations and meeting them. It took only 6 weeks during which we had a high volume of visits each week. We declined offers on four (4) occasions before accepting a strong offer in the fifth week, already at the Notary for the sixth week. Fantastic experience: Good afternoon, since I have been named in a review, let's clarify several things; 1- The tenants, 48 hours after signing the lease, already violated several clauses such as bringing animals into the property, hosting people not listed in the contract, or making alterations to the structure of the house. 2- Throughout the entire duration of the lease contract, this landlord, who subscribes, provided everything necessary for them to cohabitate, either by providing new appliances (kitchen, air conditioning, water heaters, mattresses) or fixing damages that arose in less than 24 hours (bleeding radiators, changing the water heater, etc.). 3- This landlord never accessed the property during the rental period to avoid infringing on the tenants' right to privacy. 4- At the end of the lease, both parties agreed that a judicial expert in content and damage evaluation would prepare a report so that in case there were discrepancies, they could be resolved amicably. 5- From the result of that report, the damages to the property are 9 times the amount of the security deposit due to the destruction both in the furniture and in the infrastructure of the property. 6- Once we gathered with the tenants and in the presence of a real estate agent to mediate in this controversy, the gentleman who made that derogatory reference towards me and the person from the real estate agency, even insulted and threatened us in a disdainful manner (which is all recorded with the prior consent of all parties) since they refused to reach an amicable agreement. 7- The actions of the real estate agency were correct at all times, and they had to endure disdain and cunning actions from the tenants from the beginning of the proceedings. 8- The landlord has taken legal action to restore the damage caused by the tenants. In short, I want to make it very clear that this gentleman who engages in belittling and making false accusations on social media has violated each of the clauses of the lease contract and does not hesitate to defame both the real estate agency and myself.

Negative experience: NO LOS RECOMIENDO, Se ponen de acuerdo con el dueño y se quedan con la fianza de alquiler. Tienen un local muy lindo que es una pantalla, son unos chapuzas. Es triste que existan inmobiliarias así nunca había tenido problemas al alquilar, siempre el más vulnerable es el desprotegido cuando se cruza con este tipo de empresas mercenarias.
