Negative experience: VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service of HUADING REAL ESTATE As a buyer, I am very disappointed and saddened by this real estate agency. They are not very transparent when it comes to selling. We went to see an apartment and at that moment we told them that we wanted to buy it at the price they asked. We requested that they stop showing it, but they told us that couldn't be done, despite the fact that we paid a reservation fee of the amount they indicated and signed the contract where we committed to buying it. We arranged to sign the deposit, and 20 minutes before the meeting, they told us that they would not sell it to us after all, that they would talk to the owner without giving us any explanation. I insisted that I was interested in the apartment and that they had my money as a deposit, which made me the main buyer. After 2 weeks with my money held, they returned it to me without any explanation. I find it unprofessional that, having my money held, they sold the apartment to a third party, because they didn’t even offer to sell it to me matching the new offer... A disappointment

Negative experience: Not everything goes in order to sell. I have heard comments like 'the ITE is not necessary because no one lives there.' Either it's ignorance or a lack of rigor and professional ethics, which in any case makes you want to run away. Just another salesman who adds no value beyond increasing the price.

Positive experience: We just signed the purchase of our new house. Very happy. Lili was very attentive.

Negative experience: Una vergüenza de servicio, me dejaron tirado en la puerta , sin avisar y luego intentaron engatusarme con que el propietario quería vender y no alquilar. No los recomiendo para nada.
