Negative experience: Besides the amount of fake reviews in this establishment and all its franchises and related companies (expercasa, tempocasa), the salespeople sneak into buildings and ring doorbells, bothering, interrupting, and I don't know to what extent they are not authorized to enter private properties (yes, the common areas of a building are private). I will have to go back to using the peephole to avoid attending to these types of undesirable people.

Negative experience: My experience attempting to visit a property for sale with the real estate agency Tecnocasa (Jerónima Galés in Valencia) was frankly discouraging and a waste of time that I feel the need to share. We had scheduled an appointment for 19:15 with José, the assigned agent, to see an apartment that interested us. However, upon arriving at the agreed location, we encountered the shocking and unpleasant reality that José was not there. We decided to give him the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might be a small delay, so we tried to contact him by all possible means. Calls and WhatsApp messages went unanswered, which increased our frustration and confusion about the situation. After 25 minutes of fruitless waiting, we finally managed to contact José at 19:40, only for him to quite indifferently inform us that he had been delayed at another property viewing. This lack of professionalism and consideration for the time and commitment of clients is unacceptable. Not only were we left waiting without prior notice, but the lack of communication and empathy from the agent and, by extension, from Tecnocasa, was evident. It is disheartening that in a sector where trust and reliability should be fundamental pillars, we encounter this type of situation. I will definitely look for other more reliable and professional agencies for future real estate inquiries.

Negative experience: Es la 6a vez que llaman al timbre en mi propia casa. Les da igual la hora, siempre vienen. Entran al portal y van piso por piso tocando timbres para preguntar si vendo el piso. Cuando quiera vender mi piso, que ni siquiera es mio, ya pondré yo los medios correspondientes si quiero venderlo, pero por favor, dejad de molestar.

Negative experience: Te llenan el buzon de publicidad a pesar de que está prohibido. Son unos maleducados y muy agresivos sin empatia alguna. No respetan a los vecinos que podrían ser sus clientes y en lugar de escuchar y mejorar, se encierran en sí mismos y siguen en sus 13.

Fui a pedir información para alquilar un piso con rapidez debido al escaso tiempo del que disponía y fue la mejor elección que pude hacer. Les expliqué mi situación y ellos me dieron varias opciones. Tras casi un día entero exclusivamente conmigo enseñando viviendas, me decidí por una y en cuestión de pocos días estaba todo solucionado. Muy recomendables y buena experiencia con ellos!

Negative experience: No solo desconocen la etica sino también el marco legal. Como otros comentaron, se van dejando reseñas de cinco estrellas entre los mismos franquiciados. No fuimos al juzgado solo pa ahorarrnos más disgustos. PD: revisen el código civil y los impuestos (el ITP solo para obra nueva? es que es de chiste) y cuiden a los compradores "algo más", no callen vicios ocultos a los que compran su piso con los ahorros de una vida escudandose en eso de qe es "todo legal".

Negative experience: La picardía de estos es de órdago. Al vendedor, le dicen que no hay visitas porque nadie pregunta por el piso. Al comprador, que el piso está reservado ya (tengo pruebas). Instados a responder, niegan la evidencia. Un día en la oficina pidieron a amigos y cuñados a dejar evaluaciones positivas por aquí.

Negative experience: -Mala gestión. -Información errónea. -Profesionalidad malísima. -Desconocimiento de la situación legal para la venta del piso. Mi experiencia con esta oficina es malísima a mediados de Julio quise comprar un piso, que me prometieron desde el minuto cero, que se podía vender y que la plaza de garaje era opcional y no iba con el piso, el caso que después de dejar una señal para la compra del piso y de esperar 14 días para que me dieran una contestación, (tiempo que me parece una barbaridad pues en 7 días como máximo ya sabe la parte vendedora si quiere vender o no, a la contraoferta que le hice) me llaman a los 14 días y me dicen que había un mal entendido y que el piso no me lo pueden vender sino es con el garaje. Me parece una falta de respecto y muy poco profesionales por su parte, decir que la culpa fue de la parte vendedora pq en todo momento le creyeron que podía vender el piso por separado. Según ellos habían unos términos legales que impedían vender el piso solamente.En definitiva que para cobrar vuestra comisión de 3% sobre el precio de venta del piso + el 21% de IVA me parece una falta de profesionalidad hacia el cliente y una tomadura de pelo, piens, que ya que vendéis pisos lo mínimo que podéis hacer es verificar si la venta del piso que tenéis en cartera se puede realizar y no iniciar los trámites de compraventa cuando hay temas legales que impide la venta del inmueble. Esta situación provoca que desconfíe la gente de vosotros.Un saludo y espero que esta reseña sirva de algo, o de ayuda a cualquier persona para no pasar por esta mala experiencia con esta inmobiliaria de la C/Jerónima Gales. Negative experience: OJO DÓNDE OS METÉIS..!!! LO PEOR DE LO PEOR, AUTOMATAS PROGRAMADOS IMPASIBLES Y MUY BIEN PREPARADOS PARA DESPLUMARTE SIN PIEDAD

Negative experience: Lo peor de lo peor, una experiencia inolvidable, desagradable y perdiendo un montón de dinero por confiar en ellos, comisiones abusivas, te la cuelan como no estés al día, después te llaman visitas pasadas, que si nos había llegado la oferta, transferencia cero, nunca llegaron ofertas, más las que ellos quisieron presionando a una mujer super mayor, con el marido hospitalizado, al final se la colaron, no fuera que perdieran comisión, el propietario si, el a perder todo, que no se vende y mil palabras más, así que pensarlo bien antes de entrar por hay, y leer bien y con abogado si es preciso antes de firmar nada, si no ya estás sentenciado, hagas lo que hagas cobraran igual, yo solamente perdí ocho mil euros, como Ángeles caídos del cielo, vender por vuestra cuenta y entrar en foros y en la OCU, antes de cruzar ese umbral.

Negative experience: Cada día ensucian el barrio, no son capaces de dejar su propaganda en el buzón de propaganda destinado para ello, al final la propaganda termina en el suelo ensuciando las calles, la dejan por las puertas de los rellanos molestando, la quitas y al poco vuelven a poner otra ( en el mismo día) estoy arta de esta tienda, no respetan a los vecinos con tal de intentar vender.
